Located across the street from the beach and featured in Designing for Small Homes, "S’more" is the guest house of the main cottage, "Never Enough". The cottage has recently been completely renovated. The first floor has a dining/ living room combination with a twin sofa sleeper and access to a small deck, an efficiency kitchen, washer and dryer, and a half bath.
The second floor includes a king bed with a balcony with a Gulf view and a full bath with shower only. In this charming cottage, you'll be assured the best things in life come in little packages. For additional room, the main three-bedroom cottage, "Never Enough", may also be rented.
* Second floor loft does not have a railing behind the headboard, not suitable for little children to sleep on the second floor
* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

My daughter and I stayed at S’mores just recently and it was absolute perfection. I came into this trip not knowing much about 30A but this was the BEST location!!! So close to absolutely everything. We were able to walk everywhere and the beach is right across the street. We will most definitely be back!!! ❤️❤️

We love Seaside!
Overall the carriage house was charming, clean and in a great location. It could definitely use more hooks to hang towels, wash cloths, etc. on as bars were limited. They would even be helpful outside to hang our wet beach towels on. We definitely want to come back.

Charming cottage/excellent location
We loved staying at S’more! It’s a charming little cottage with everything you need. Location can’t be beat—right across the street from the beach and a very short walk to the central square. We would love to go back!

Cozy Quaint and Relaxing
I don’t have the words needed to describe this little quaint and cozy cottage just steps away from the beach and central square we absolutely loved how it’s so nestled among the trees and love all the bike trails and the neighborhood is the best it was our first time in Seaside and I just fell in love hope to be able to return again real soon it was the perfect vacation as we celebrated my 50th birthday loved that we was so close to other small communities like watercolor and Grayton beach and ally’s beach and Rosemary it’s all something to get out and go explore

Loved the cottage, perfect for couples and quick getaways. Very nicely renovated, everything very well thought out, only feedback is the mattress, time for a new one, not the best mattress we slept on. Thank you for a great stay, will definitely return to this cottage!
