In the spirit of the original Watercolor Community, our perfectly located home in Phase 1 boasts quite possibly the most charming interiors in the neighborhood. Our bungalow-style retreat is a chic and fully redecorated getaway located on highly coveted Buttercup Street in the Park District of Watercolor. It's all about location in Watercolor and beautiful homes in convenient locations do not come easily - so book fast to grab it before someone else does.

The perfect home away from home
The house was so incredibly beautiful and perfect for our two families. It was cozy and relaxing. It included everything we needed for daily cooking. The location was perfect for us bc of the quick walk to the club and easy access to the main road. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was nice, spacious and elegantly decorated. We arrived and had everything as expected until the second evening. We were awoken to water flooding into the master bedroom bed. The water pan in the AC was over the master and was flooding on to the first floor master suite. Luckily we were able to get a pot and catch the water so the bed was not ruined. The management company did respond immediately and sent a plumber to fix the issue. Needless to say we didn’t get back to sleep until 3 am. The next issue was that there were 4 complimentary bikes for our use that were not properly maintained and we had to rent bikes. Manager was notified issue not resolved. We were given a gift card for the inconvenience of the AC issue which was appreciated. However, if I were the owner of the property, I would have easily given a complimentary one night stay and provided a voucher for bikes.

Family Vacation
Great house located extremely close to watercolor club and beach! Only about a 5-7 minute walk. Only issue was small kitchen (all adults so it was a bit of a cram) and lack of cleaning supplies/cooking supplies. Other than that it was great! Loved the loft upstairs if you have kids.

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was so cute and charming. A short, 3 minute walk to Watercolor Resort was really convenient. We used the bikes that came with the home and rented a couple extra. We also rented a golf cart during our stay which made getting around Watercolor and Seaside a breeze. We rented kayaks and efoils at Western Lake and played tennis at the tennis center. All in all an amazing trip. This home was right in the middle of it all.

Just what we needed!
We needed a centralized place where our daughters could have freedom to explore on bikes and we moms could swing on the porch ant talk for hours. Close to everything and felt like a home away from home.

Memorial Day Vacay
Great location and super clean property. It was surprisingly quiet. The front bedroom was a little warm (could use a small fan?). Otherwise a fabulous place and we would stay again!! Thank you!!
