Homecoming is a charming guest house located near the West side pool and just steps to the beach.
The entrance is down a small footpath on Natchez Street where you will enter a well-decorated living area with a kitchenette (a mini-fridge and no oven) on the first floor of Homecoming. There is a custom built-in dining nook with two chairs and a bay window seat perfect for home-cooked meals to enjoy. At the rear of the home off the kitchen and living area is a large open private deck area with custom built-in wrap around seating as well as Adirondack chairs surrounded by lush landscaping, white picket fences, and a view of the Seaside sun dial perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars.
Upstairs there is a king bed and adjoining bath (shower only), as well as a small private balcony that offers a great view of the famous Seaside Sundial. Washer/dryer available.
* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This is a nice, clean rental, It is small put for a couple it works. Location can't be beat! It sits behind other homes so is difficult to find especially if arriving after dark. We enjoyed our time in Seaside immensely!

Great location, great home!
This property is absolutely perfect! The size and amenities are great for two people and the location cannot be beat. It is a quick walk to the center of seaside and an even quicker walk to the beautiful beach. The property owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will be booking our stay for 2024 shortly!

Anniversary trip
We got married in Seaside and wanted to come back and stay in town for our 20th anniversary. Homecoming Cottage was perfect as far as size, amenities and proximity to town and the beach. We truly enjoyed our week and will definitely stay again!

Perfect for two
This cottage was great for a couple! Everything was so efficiently placed, and had everything needed, for such a small house. Very close to the beach and we only used the family pool cause it was so close by. I’ve stayed at seaside many times with family, but this was my first time as a couple and it was perfect. Only issues were the stove had lots of small ants around it when we got there and throughout the stay, but weren’t much of an issue and the fridge/freezer had trouble staying cool. Overall, it was a really great place!! Would recommend

Anniversary getaway
Homecoming was a delightful property. The house was located steps from the beach, shopping and dining. It was so quaint and perfectly appointed- so charming! It was an ideal size for two of us and we enjoyed our time immensely. We would definitely stay at Homecoming again!

Great Cottage
This cottage was very clean and a great location. Comfortable bed and wonderful welcome gift. Please keep in mind the only bathroom is up a steep set of semi-spiral stairs. Also, rent your beach chairs through Cabana Man early. Can do online. Thanks for a great stay!
