Located in the prestigious Lighthouse Point, our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with its sprawling lay-out and functional outdoor space. Have lunch or dinner on the water at Nawti Dog at the Lighthouse Point Marina or have a special night out at Cap's Place (a historical restaurant in our neighborhood accessible by boat only). Cable TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and abundant indoor and outdoor seating will give you everything you need to feel like you're at a home away from home!
The Space:

Our space boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms . Thanks to the bedroom layout, number of beds, multi seating indoor and outdoor options, and open contemporary kitchen, you can still relax in private even if you’re staying with additional friends and family. When you’re not eating at one of the nearby restaurants, updated stainless steel appliances make this kitchen the perfect place to prepare food for the family or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
Amenities include a Gas Grill on the back patio, a Pack'n Play and High Chair for families, multiple work from home options, and all the cookware you could possibly need.
Guest Access:
Self check-in instructions will be sent 48-hours before your stay. Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Please note: There is no garage access.
The Neighborhood:
Lighthouse Point is thee most sought after neighborhood in Broward County. It's a boating, marina and waterway community located East of Federal Hwy. Our home is not on the water but you are a 1 minute drive to the Lighthouse Point Marina.
Getting Around:
We recommend having a car
Other Things to Note:
There is no garage access for parking but ample driveway parking for multiple cars during your stay.
There is an exterior security camera facing the driveway.
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Pets are allowed and we charge a $75 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay before booking.
We require an additional $1000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation or directly through our listing. Please reach out to us to confirm the policy, if you are unable to find it for any reason. In some cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Great find
This house is in a great neighborhood, very walkable and close to stores and restaurants. Very roomy with a nice backyard. A bit dated in decor and the second bathroom off the kitchen is very small. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware for longer stays.

Amazing Stay!!
I am extremely picky, but this property and experience exceeded my expectations. Very clean and well kept home, really quiet neighborhood. the host was extremely responsive regardless of the frugality of my outreach. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a classy spot! Thanks again for everything this truly felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful
We have rented a lot of vacation homes and this one was excellent. Everything you need is there. Beautiful neighborhood and near everything. We had a small maintenance issue and management was easy to reach and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

2 weeks in Lighthouse point
The house was very clean and accommodated our family very nicely. The neighborhood was safe with bike riders and dog walkers. Only negative was the outside area- 4 cheap plastic chairs. The Weber grill didn’t have a spatula or grill brush.
