Located on Ocean Drive (A1A) in Deerfield Beach, this recently renovated fourplex has three 1-bedroom and one 2-bedroom luxury suites.
This bright, newly renovated, large 1 bedroom suite #2 is fully furnished and beautifully decorated.
The new kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The appliances are all new: refrigerator, ice maker, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots & pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, cooking knives, etc. to prepare food.
In the living room, you can relax in front of the 60” Smart HDTV or surf the internet with free Wi-Fi.
The large bedroom has a walk-in closet, king-size bed with a new mattress and linens, and a desk and chair for work or study. There are also extra fresh linens and clean towels available in the second closet.
Just outside your door, you will find a patio area where you can relax or entertain guests.
A designated parking space is included with your rental.
Within walking distance, you can find waterfront dining and live entertainment, various shops, an international fishing pier and rentals for bikes, scooters, paddle/surfboards, and other activities.

we had stayed at this property before. Paul and Hally are kind and efficient, making sure everything rund dmoothly. All the activity of Deerfield beach is within walking distance. beach entrances, either North or South are about 70 yards away.

A Real Gem..Location, location, location!
This is our fourth year staying at this luxury suite. We have booked both the one bedroom and two bedroom suite in the past. Paul and Hally are the ultimate owners/hosts. The units are spotless and modern...with all the amnities you need,,,including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler! The unit is across the street from the beach and just a few very short blocks to fine dining and casual restaurants in Deerfield Beach. There is also a beautiful promenade for strolling during the day or evening. Restaurants and sightsare just a few miles away in Boca Raton and DelRay Beach....or take a drive to Fort Lauderdale or Miami! I can't say enough about this amazing rental...we will definitely be back again next year!

Grandma in Boca
We basically live across the street from the property. Our family is large and I can’t fit them all in our place. So during thanksgiving part of our crew stayed there. Paul was over the top accommodating to us. The property is clean, beautiful and right across the street from the beach. We have stayed there before for the holidays and plan on staying there again. Perfect place to walk to town or beach. Thank you Paul, you are great!

Excellent property and location
Walking into this villa was like stepping into a European hotel suite. The decor was simple yet elegant. The space was fresh, clean and comfortable. The bed and linens were outstanding. The location is one block in either direction to get to the beach and a great range of restaurants and bars. We only needed the car to pick up groceries. We’ll definitely be returning.

Paul was thorough & organized. We enjoyed staying here. The rooms are clean, new and had everything we needed. Great location. Walk to town, beach and restaurants. Short drive to Boca Meizner park, palmetto park and Delray Atlantic ave. Sip coffee on the patio. We would definitely recommend.

Such a gem!
This is our third time staying at this amazing property! It is our "home away from home" each winter as we escape from the North for some fun in the sun. Paul and his family and staff are the perfect hosts. The apartment is in the perfect location...right across the street from the beach and a short walk to many wonderful restaurants. If you choose to cook in, there is a beautiful, fully supplied kitchen. Everything is there for a perfect get away, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Paul thinks of everything! Communication is amazing prior to our trip, and if we should need anything while we are there. What else can I say...this is a wonderful rental property!

Fun week at Deerfield Beach
This was an easy reservation and delightful stay. Everything was very clean and as represented. It was well located for the beaches, restaurants and shopping and quiet and comfortable as needed. Paul and Hally were excellent hosts!
