Welcome to Deerfield Beach ! Check into this gorgeous remodeled condo 1 block from the beach! Beautiful pool with Tiki Hut, BBQ and view of the ocean from the terrace pool deck . Gorgeous remodeled 1 bedroom apt full kitchen with pots and pans ,silverware ,plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards coffee maker, toaster ,microwave, new Stanley steel appliances, hurricane windows ,new split AC units in living room and bedroom
Living room has 52 inch smart TV and bedroom has 32 inch smart TV .There is a sofa bed and two queen beds in the bedroom ,new updated bathroom . You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks and Fishing Pier!
We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrellas and beach towels , for a small amount money you can rent bikes from us and hop on for a ride! Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans
The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo
Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton
Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

I really enjoyed the stay in the condo. Everything was OK and it is a cost effective option to stay near the beach. Host is really helpful and had quick response to all my requests.

Quiet and Close to the beach
The condo was just the right size for my husband and I. We loved that it was so close to the water, it made morning sunrise walks on the beach a breeze. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place, great area
The location is really great---near the beach but very quiet block. The kitchen was well stocked but also had ample room to store items guests might want to bring. The pool and patio area is a great bonus as well!

Difficult experience
The location is great and a quick walk to the beach. However, when I arrived, my room was not clean and the beds were unmade. I contacted management who apologized and offered me another room which I declined because it had an odor of smoke. The manager gave me new sheets and bedding and towels and assured me the maid would arrive the next morning. Happily, the maid cleaned the room and I was reimbursed the cleaning fee. On my last day, the bathroom flooded because of a plumbing issue and I was unable to take a shower in my room. The manager said I could take a shower in the other room that I declined. The situation was dealt with and a plumber did fix the problem. I have visited this place many times and it’s the first time I had a problem. Not sure I will return.

Good location with a heated pool
We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the heated pool just outside the property. The communication with the owner was good and prompt. We had an issue of the property not being clean when we arrived. However the condo was cleaned next morning.

High Value Bargain!
You are definitely getting a High Value Bargain with this property! The place is literally steps away from the beach on A1A! Walking onto the grounds you can see that the property is well cared for with nice landscaping and clean quality patio furniture outside of each unit. The pool area is spotless with a nice tiki style lounging area. The pool was always clean, we saw the pool guy at least twice during our 7 day stay. It also has plenty of privacy with a row of well kept hedges blocking the outside view from the pool. Walking into the unit was just as pleasing. The nautical themed design and colors give the unit a larger feel and appearance. It has a full kitchen with quality appliances. It had everything we needed when it came to utensils and dish ware . The management also provides dishwashing soap, sponges and refill trash bags. I don’t know if the unit had left over items but there was also cooking oil and some other seasonings in there as well. The bedroom had 2 nicely furnished queen beds with dresser and side table. The room also had a huge walk in closet with plenty of extra linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, and hangers for clothes. The bathroom was modern and clean with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper included. (Side not we were only left with a quarter roll of toilet paper, but I think this was an oversight by the cleaners. Definitely not anything that affected the quality of our stay). My family which consists of my wife and I, and our 11 year old daughter and 7 year old son had an extremely comfortable stay here. We visit West Palm Beach quite often, as my wife is originally from the area and I can honestly say that this property exceeds the quality you get from other properties that are similarly priced. Communication with the manager was easy and direct. We recommend this place to any family looking for a quality, value stay!

Our beautiful stay
I am very pleased with our stay it was clean fully shocked the pool was very warm cozy and peaceful. The great thing is the property was renovated the owner was very responsive and informative. The vacation trip was very nice and we would return.

Fabulous location and very clean, updated unit
Everything was exactly as the reviews stated - clean, stocked, nicely renovated unit on the first floor on the end so it was very bright with lots of windows and easy access. Free community washer/dryer was a plus, pool was perfect size and never crowded, location is 2 minute walk from the beach. A little under a mile to the "downtown" area with all of the restaurants and shops, but easy parking in the parking garage if you choose to drive. Bustling on the weekend, but much quieter during the week. Embassy Suites has a nice restaurant/bar across the street if you want a quick walk to eat. Grocery stores and more restaurants just across the causeway under 2 miles away. Favorite restaurants: JB's on the Beach, Crepe Cafe, Sticky Bun for breakfast and Burrito Social. Kevin was excellent at communicating and returning texts. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and only one block away from the beach. It’s also very quiet and perfect for a family. Very cozy. I will stay there again!

Everything you need and nothing you don't
Unit was as advertised. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided, which was appreciated. Unit is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Very nice!

Perfect location!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was plenty of space for my family of four. Kevin was super responsive and helpful with all our questions and needs. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but close enough to get to activities we were interested in. Highly recommend this unit!!
