About this House
Enjoy easy access to main highways and most frequently visited places in Tampa Bay. This perfectly located home base is 16 minutes away from the Tampa International Airport, 15 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes away from Downtown and Armature Works, and 15 minutes away from Bush Gardens!!! Public Bus Stops 4 to 6 minutes walking distance.
Our guest suite is that cozy corner you can come to relax after having fun. Want to have a Romantic Intimate dinner? Bring some steaks, veggies, sausages to cook out on the grill!

Other things to note
Our goal is to give you as much privacy as possible. We have a false wall with sound proofing on the door that gives access to the main house. We live in the main house with our 17 year old daughter. It’s possible that coming in and out of the house we get to interact.
If there’s is any uncomfortable noise bothering you, please let me know!
Temperature is also control in the main house. We keep the thermostat at 75 degrees during the day and 71 degrees throughout the night. Feel free to reach out if the temperature is not comfortable enough for you. We will adjust it for you!

Chic and cute
The host was extremely nice and communicated very well the only thing I would say was that I thought it was the entire house and it's just a portion of the home but it is super cute very clean and the stay was five stars

Beautiful modern and quant BnB
The bnb was clean and beautifully decorated. However, our 17 year old was with us. It was a little too small for the 3 of us. It is a perfect spot for a couple. The hosts are great. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Tampa area.

Tidy, neat, clean, private..what more could a person ask for!
My husband and I stayed at M Cozy Corner for three nights. Excellent hostess, easy to reach and very respectful. The private patio was my favorite spot! This is a repeat location if we return to Tampa!

Wonderful Evening
I stayed for one night but would have enjoyed more. It was close to airport and cruise port. Iomara and her husband responded right away when I had trouble with the wi fi and tv (my fault, operator error). I highly recommend and will stay again if I am ever in Tampa again!

Perfect hidden gem!
This is a great choice for Tampa stay! Such a cute place! Great shower too! Don’t worry about it not being right in the middle of the action. It’s so easy to get everywhere you want.

Beautiful and Cozy Room
M’s Cozy Corner is exactly that - it’s a beautifully decorated and well-thought out space. It smells lovely when you walk in; the room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The host provides plush towels, games, chargers, waters, snacks, coffee and even dog accessories. There’s a nice outdoor area, with a table & chairs and a small grill. It’s located within 10 minutes of Ybor and is near a few highways & expressways. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Comfy stay
We flew in for one night for a concert and arrived earlier than expected. Iomara allowed us to check in early so we could rest before our event. The room was very clean and so comfortable! If we or anyone we know are planning a trip to this area, we will definitely recommend this cute little place!

Great guest home
I stayed in Iomara’s guest suite for the week while I was in tamps visiting for school. Her home was lovely and I felt very safe during my time. I met her and talked to her for a few minutes and she was very nice and give me some places to go visit. The property was only 10-15 min to downtown which I appreciated for getting food and doing some sight seeing. I would most definitely stay here again!!
