The Space:
This newly renovated space was designed with a colorful and down-to-earth aesthetic, providing an inviting and cozy space for all travelers! The bedroom and sleeper sofa are both fitted with memory foam mattresses to ensure a good night's rest! For a relaxed day, enjoy a warm cup of coffee on the front porch with a beautiful view of the Bay, or catch up on your favorite TV shows on the ROKU TV. This quaint and comfy space is perfect for the small group looking for a relaxing vacation, or an inviting space to come home to after a day full of Tampa adventures!
Guest Access:
Street parking is available throughout the entire neighborhood!
A car is strongly recommended in Tampa. However, Uber, Lyft, and city scooters are readily available to get around. Most of Tampa's most popular locations are within 5-15 minutes away. Close proximity to the highways will make your commute a breeze.
The Neighborhood:
Palmetto Beach is a hidden gem of Tampa. This small up-and-coming industrial neighborhood boasts beautiful waterfront views of the bay. Enjoy picnics at the pier, strolls through Desoto park, or cool off at the community pool when it’s in season and open for just a few dollars.
Situated just a few minutes from the historic streets of Ybor City, Downtown Tampa, SOHO, and the Seminole Heights foodie district. Palmetto Beach is also just a short drive away from the airport and Tampa Bay's world-famous beaches.

Amazing location and personal
My boyfriend and I drove down to Florida this past week and needed a place that was accommodating for our travels. This place was clean, easy to check into, and I loved the layout of the space. It felt like you were in a one bedroom apartment having a big connecting kitchen to the living room space. For the price you can't beat it!

This place was in a quiet street. And the view was amazing. The inside is so cute and decorated perfectly. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay a night. Or even a week for two poeple. Will definitely be staying here again.

Property was just as listed, great for a short stay for my family of 4 including 2 small children. Property manager had great communication and response time.

Short getaway
This property was clean and cozy. We statues for two days and it was perfect for two of us. The area was quiet and clean. I def recommend this place for a couples getaway

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay. The house was spotlessly clean, the neighborhood quiet and the rental agency was great on communications. Some great little restaurants a short walk away. The place was nicely appointed and had all the necessities. The water view was nice for eating out front. I was down for a ship commissioning across the channel and just wanted simplicity, peace, and quiet. All were met.

Hidden Gem
Great decor, comfortable accomodations, amazing view and wow what a sunrise. Must try the sandwhich shop around the corner, oh my gosh. Love staying here and have been to several of the properties.
