Welcome to Historic Tampa Heights Micro Lofts. Your own hideaway close to it all. Centrally located, this swanky two queen bed loft has over 700 sq. ft. to stretch out and relax. A sophisticated modern traditional space, this loft is sure to please with glass privacy walls, a complete kitchen and washer & dryer. Everything you need to get off the grid as a special retreat. Convenient walking distance to Ybor City, Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, and the heart of Downtown Tampa.
The Space:
Speak Easy meets City. Raw black beam ceiling. When it rains you can hear the pitter patter on the roof - it's quite soothing.
Guest Access:
Guests will access the Loft from the back parking lot (free parking), and use the back outside stairs to the 2nd floor. Lock box is on 2nd Floor arm rail. Code will be provided after booking to access keys to enter the main doors of the building. Loft is at the end of the hall . Special electronic code will be given to access the unit.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located as the name of the street conveys. This Micro Loft is perfect for the getaway for peace and quiet, or to be in center of it all. Tree lined residential streets, 5 -10 minute walk to Riverwalk and Armature Works. 3-5 minute drive to Downtown Tampa and Ybor. Sprouts grocery store is located next to Armature Works and Lee's Grocery (neighborhood pizza place) is a minutes walk down Central.
Getting Around:
Uber / Lyft - Due the Lofts Central proximity it is a $10-$20 ride to get to Ybor, Amelie Arena, and Raymond James Stadium.
Other Things to Note:
The Bedrooms are semi private. The Loft has no specific dedicated enclosed space do to the volume of the ceilings. The glass wall and locker/murphybed unit subpide the two bedrooms. Laundry Closet is in bedroom 2.

Owner can be reached via text or phone at the number provided after booking for any additional needs or details.
