About this House
This 1949 apartment is on the first floor of a 5-plex, in the heart of the Hyde Park Historic District. It is very charming and is in a safe, tree-lined area. It is within walking distance to many different restaurants, shops, parks and entertainment venues. It is also walking distance to nearby beautiful Bayshore Boulevard, which has 4 miles of continuous waterfront sidewalk.
The apartment is about 600sq ft. It has a covered, screened in back porch/laundry room with its own washer/dryer for the exclusive use of guests in this unit. It also includes a brand new fully equipped kitchen with an island/bar and counter stools for dining, a family room with a queen-sized sofa bed, a bedroom with a king-sized bed, dresser, bedside tables and a closet, and a full bathroom with a shower (no tub). It has tile floors, two ceiling fans, two mini split air conditioning/heating units, and its own dedicated off-street parking.
All guests staying in all units at the property have shared use of the concrete table/benches in the front yard of the property.

Concert Weekend
This place was the best. Perfect location for our concert (saw Kane Brown). The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable - exactly as described. It was like staying at home. Great places to eat and within a great distance. Thank you, Jennifer - great host. Will be back next time in Tampa.

Perfect setup and location!
Location and apartment were perfect for our long weekend stay! Walking distance to Hyde Park and Hillsborough Bay/Bayshore Blvd. Property was clean, updated and the perfect setup for me and my husband. Communication with Jennifer was awesome, would definitely stay here again!

Better than description
Check in and commutation with owner was fantastic. Clean, great location and thoughtful touches. Extra plugs, fluffy towels, very comfortable bed. Great convenient location.

Great Experience
This was a beautiful unit and close to Hyde Park Village that was great for good food and good shopping. The unit was clean and comfortable and owner Jennifer was a great communicator and problem solver. We would recommend this unit to anyone that wanted peace and quiet yet close to night life.

Lots of fun places to go within walking distance. Not too far to hit the beach for the day if you have a car. Clean, comfy, just as listed. Pictures accurate.

Great place
My husband and I stayed here to visit some friends. The location can’t be beat. Hyde Park is one of the best locations in Tampa. Jennifer was super helpful and responsive and the place was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Cute, Super Clean
Very cute house. parking was easy, you can park in the driveway or under an awning. Large TV in the living room was great. No table in the kitchen but has a bar-island for 2. Bed was king and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean but a little small , fine for a vacation. No TV in the bedroom. Enjoyed our stay in Tampa but actually spent most of our time in Clearwater. They have great beaches and a lot to do near the beach

Lovely old condo convenient to most everything in Tampa
Our stay was wonderful! The location was extremely convenient to Tampa General Hospital, Hyde Park and the wonderful exercise trail that runs along the water on Bayshore Boulevard. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to cook with. There were even thoughtful touches added that made us even more comfortable like power strips next to the bed and couch for charging our phones, comfortable throw blankets and extra folding chairs. Also, the king sized bed was beautifully decorated and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!!
