About this House
This 1949 apartment is on the first floor of a 4-plex, in the heart of the Hyde Park Historic District. It is very charming and is in a safe, tree-lined area. It is within walking distance to many different restaurants, shops, parks and entertainment venues. It is also walking distance to nearby beautiful Bayshore Boulevard, which has 4 miles of continuous waterfront sidewalk.
The apartment is about 600 sq. ft. It has tile floors, its own washer/dryer, two ceiling fans, two mini-split air conditioning/heating units, and its own dedicated off-street parking. The covered front porch/laundry room area is for the exclusive use of guests in this unit. It also includes a family room, fully-equipped kitchen, small dining table with two chairs, a hallway with a storage cabinet, a bedroom with a dresser, bedside tables and a closet, and a full bathroom which includes a combination shower/tub. There is a private side courtyard for exclusive use of guests staying in this apartment.
All guests staying in all four units of the quad-plex have shared use of the concrete table/benches in the front yard of the property.Entry to the premises is via a digital keyless entry system.
Prior to check-in, I will provide each renter with their own unique entry code, which will only be valid during the length of their stay. I will always be available via cell phone/email for any inquiries that guests may have. I also live within 5 minutes of the property and will be available in-person on most occasions. I love to help visitors make the most of their stay in Tampa!

Jen's property is our go-to location when we visit family in Tampa. It has everything we need in a wonderful historic neighborhood. Hyde Park Village and Bayshore Drive are only blocks away. Timely, clear communication is always appreciated.

Excellent experience
This was a great little apartment with much charm and character in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to Hyde Park and Bayshore Blvd. Parking was ample too. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would stay here again.

Quaint place in a quaint neighborhood
I thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, it reminded me of when I rented in this area ba k in the 1980s. However, this was a nicer place than my old apartment on Dekle. Jennifer was very responsive to my inquiries. I highly recommend this place; it is literally walking distance to Hyde Park and SoHo and Bayshore!

Hyde Park
This place was awesome just as described. There were snacks and water. The towels are super soft, the bed is comfortable, loved the private patio. Would recommend and would rent again. We came to Tampa to go see Eric Church In concert. We were 2.2 miles from the arena we were able to find parking on Hyde Park side and walked across the bridge to the venue. There are so many restaurants and places of interest so close, the possibilities are endless..

Perfect location for attending a wedding on Davis Island
We rented 3 of these units. Coming from NC we were 6 in the wedding party, brought all the flowers to arrange plus decorations. The units were 5 min from the venue. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything we needed. Very quiet street and felt safe. Hostess was awesome as I had to call her few times for local info. I highly recommend it!!

Fine place for a quick stay but not the greatest
My wife and I stayed two nights when on a quick trip to see relatives in the area. The location was great because it was close to the airport and it was economical compared to other options. The place was comfortable but a bit old. In the bathroom, several of the towels had hair on them from a previous guest. The shower and sink were a bit old and could use to be updated. Also, the refrigerator started making a screeching noise, which woke us up in the middle of the night. I contacted the property owner, who replied the next day saying she would replace the fridge later in the week for future guests. If you are looking for a quick place to stay and do not mind old appliances and fixtures, then the place is fine. Otherwise, I would suggest staying elsewhere.
