If you’re looking to be walking distance and to stay in the heart of Ybor City this is your spot!
The Space:
This home features beautiful decor, elegant wooden beams, shimmering subway tile, a spacious front porch, and plenty of thoughtful touches that are sure to impress! Historic charm meets modern beauty. You can also enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops and new appliances! Off street parking available for one car.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to a spacious 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment with an air mattress for the living room. The house features an open layout with a breakfast bar and eat-in kitchen! Parking is available for 1 car located in the back of the home. Any additional cars will need to pay to be in a nearby parking garage or parking lot.
The Neighborhood:
Ybor City is a National Historic District. It is also the center of the Tampa nightlife and restaurant scene. Make sure to check out Chill Bro’s ice cream for the best Oreo Ice Cream you’ll ever have in your life (3 min walk) La Creperia (4 min walk) for delicious Crepes and Mama Rosa's Pizza (5 minute walk), and Columbia Restaurant (4 minute walk) which is the oldest restaurant in Florida. La Terrazza (4min walk) has AMAZING Italian food, Rasoi (8 min walk) has a great Indian lunch buffet, and Blind Tiger Cafe (2 min walk) for coffee. All of these are walking distance as well as everything else in Ybor City. Market (3 min away), ATM (3 min away) and ALL of Ybor is pretty much within a 10 min walk. You can take the cable car or city scooters to downtown or Channelside to watch the hockey games or any other concert/event at Amalie Arena. It’s 15 min from the Airport too so easy commute!
Getting Around:
Easy to walk everywhere in Ybor City, you can also take the Cable Car to Downtown Tampa as well as Channelside! Uber is also extremely accessible and affordable.

While we fully embrace our rooster residents and consider them part of the Ybor experience, we also understand this may not be for everyone. You can expect to see/hear the roosters during the day and at night. For guests who are are light sleepers or sensitive to noise, please consider this before booking. Noise cancelling machines are provided for guests who prefer to use them.
- There is only one parking space available. For guests with additional cars, nearby parking garages and parking lots are available for a fee.
- This house is a duplex with two units that share a wall.
- Please be considerate of nearby guests and keep noise to a minimum during sleeping hours.

Birthday Trip
My friend and I came to Tampa for a birthday trip and rented this property. It was perfect!! The place was clean and decorated so nicely. The location is perfect, just steps away from the restaurants and shops on 7th Avenue. Also, the property manager Deanna was so incredibly nice and helpful. We will definitely rent through this company again!!

Great Stay
This little duplex is prefect for 2 people to enjoy the Ybor City area for a few days. Our stay was just one night, but we might look for an excuse to return in the future, we were that impressed.

Great location!
This home is central to so much! Right next door to a cafe, short walk from restaurants or a trolley ride to the nearest Publix, Tampa Aquarium and so much more. The night life is so energetic and there’s so much to do. The house was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. Would stay here again if in the area.

Ybor stay
The location was great. Steps away from main strip with restaurants and bars. There’s a cute coffee shop on the corner. The location was close to Spring Training games. Place was super clean! The shower could have been hotter and the bathroom floor was slippery. Be prepared… the roosters were up early😂 !!! Also make sure to go in through the back door when punching in the code to get in.

Lovely property
I really liked this property. It's very cheerful, clean, and comfortable. Location didn't disappoint either. I've never been to Tampa and had no idea it had such a charming old part. I loved seeing and hearing roosters everywhere, that was unexpected and delightful, they were hilarious to observe. Guests do need ear plugs, since it's a very active night life there, so be prepared for that. I had them and slept like a rock, and for those who likes to party it's an additional bonus, you don't have to go too far. Thank you for your hospitality! I might come again next spring.

The property its self was nice. The shower takes a long time to get warm and they need a new shower head. The neighborhood around it was a tad run down and there was broken glass in the parking area. I reached out and they came and picked up the next morning. All in all for the price it was what was to be expected.

Cute house. Location great walking distance to coffee shops, downtown Ybor and historical buildings. Short walk to streetcar stops that will take you to downtown Tampa.

Wonderful Evening Away
My husband and I spent our first night away from our children in 4 years, and this was the perfect place! The location was incredible and the house was wonderful. From the beautiful decor, the great shower, to the super comfortable bed!
