Located in the heart of Ybor city's historic 7th ave - a short walk from some of the best restaurants and clubs in South Tampa, yet far enough from the noise and crowd. This apt is Professionally Managed and Cleaned. Furnished with high quality premium furniture and decorations. Unfortunately, due to condo rules, no more than 5 PEOPLE including young children / toddlers are allowed to stay in the unit at one time.

* 1000 SQ feet of space - spacious, clean and modern.
* Brand new high-quality furniture, artwork, and accessories - not IKEA.
* Tempur-Pedic like bed, luxury sheets, bedbug proof encasement
* Full Kitchen with high-quality cookware and utensils
* LCD TV with high-speed internet and Netflix / Sling.
* Onsite Washer and Dryer
* Professionally clean with naturally derived, biodegradable products.
*** Private parking or residential street parking available for up to two cars. No trailers, 2 SUVs or Trucks allowed.
* Tempur-Pedic like bed - one king and one queen.
* We provide bath towels but no hand towels or wash cloths.

★ Potential noise: Wild chickens inhabit Ybor, so the occasional rooster crow is possible. It's what makes the area unique! If you are sensitive noise / light sleeper, I suggest looking outside this neighborhood.
Ybor is very central to everything in the South Tampa area. A 10-minute ride on the trolley car line takes you to the Channelside and downtown, which is home to the Tampa Bay Times Forum, Aquarium, Convention Center and Straz Performing Arts Center. Busch Gardens, Raymond James stadium, George Steinbrenner Field and the Hard Rock Casino are all within 10-15 minute driving distance.

The property was o.k., clean. There was an incident with the property manager, who I believe is the owner. Instead of trying to help with the matter, he argued, and made it seem like we were wrong, when in fact, we were just going off the pictures as advertised. It would not have even mattered to us except for the way he reacted and responded. We would not stay there again, not because of the condo but the actions of the manager.

Perfect location and homey
We arrived very late to this homey condo due to delayed flights and connections. This place is situated a very short walk to the lively happenings of Ybor City. I reached out to Jimmy to let him know of our late arrival, and he was very responsive and accommodating. My husband, adult son and I were very comfortable and felt relaxed within the "zen" vibe this gem gave us each time we arrived home from exploring the area. The showers are hot, though there is an issue with hot water flow from the sinks, which could be a concern for anyone doing any handwashing of dishes, etc. (There is a dishwasher, which we used without issue.) Shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels are provided, as is toilet tissue. All other toiletries, including soap, will need to be brought along with you. There was one washcloth and hand towel available to use, which we were grateful for since we forgot to bring one, as was advised in their description notes! Loved the location, with parking for 1-2 cars behind the building...would stay again!

Beautiful condo
This home was beautiful and placed perfectly from the night life. The roosters walking freely in the streets was an added bonus. Highly recommend this home

Convention & Vacation
The property was great. Clean and just enough room for four adults. It was close to the convention and convenient to restaurants. The only hiccup was that we didn’t know that we would be sharing the neighborhood with roosters. But it was all good once we got used to them. Would have appreciated napkins and paper towels in the kitchen. Overall great experience.

The 1911 Getaway
Our stay was good and overall impression of the Property was Good. It was close to Gandy Marina which was our main priority. The location was also quite good since it is close to YBOR and a great Greek Restaurant which we really enjoyed. The Property could use a lil' TLC but, not going to complain too much about it - Overall we were pleased.

Very nice place
This was our second time staying at this ybor condo. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The location is perfect for ybor city visits to 7 th ave and the trolley is two blocks away which we took three times to go downtown for two hockey games and a concert at Amalie. Sleeps 3-4 pretty well. Very clean and great parking. I would recommend for your ybor stay.

Was nice and pretty quiet. On weekends there is a lot of vehicle noise (engine racing) but really not bad. Loved hearing the roosters in the morning (not loud). Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Hot water was not in abundance (no long hot showers). The neighborhood was good and just a couple of blocks from restaurants. We slept well and ate well. This place is definitely small (apartment size) but it served our needs.

Awesome condo and location. It truly is home away from home. I could live in it full time. Perfect location. Great communication with property manager. Easy check-in and checkout. I will try to stay here every time my business brings me to Tampa.

Great location!
This home was just as described! It was clean, well appointed and in an excellent location in Ybor. We were able to walk to all the close by bars and restaurants and take the free trolly to others. We barely used our rental car because everything was soo accessible! Very enjoyable stay!!

Lovely condo
Location is excellent for going out on 7th Street. Just a very short walk. The condo was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was it was difficult to keep the air conditioning cold enough.
