About this House
La Casita Blanca is our 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in 1918 in the heart of Historic Ybor City. It's steps away from 7th Avenue the center of the Cuban cigar manufacturing district in the late 1800s early 1900s. Ybor was a hotbed of Cuban cigar trade, helping develop Tampa's unique cultural identity and providing the best Cuban food around. Cafes, nightlife, shopping as well as the TECO Streetcar stop are just a couple blocks from the house.

My wife and I stayed here on our recent trip. The property is clean and well maintained. Easy access to I-4 and close to downtown and Busch Gardens. Met our needs and easy check in and out. We would stay again

Perfect for our needs
We stayed at La Casita for 7 days. It was perfect for us as a base for exploring Ybor City and the greater Tampa area. The extra bedroom was unused but a nice bonus. We used the free trolley to access downtown Tampa multiple times. Will stay there again if in the area.

It was so nice for us to experience living in Ybor City for a week, thanks to Jeb and his Casita Blanca. A small walk to the TECO train and then you can go visit downtown Tampa and the River Walk without taking your car. Great appliances, very satisfied with the shower, bed and everything. Thank you.

Nice bungalow in a historic location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Casita Blanca. Its location is excellent and is within walking distance of restaurants like Colombia and the tourist area of Ybor. In previous years, this area would have been too sketchy to walk at night but it seemed safe. The interior is pretty basic but the beds and couch were comfortable.

Festival House
Perfect location for a home base for us. We were performing at the HCC PAB Theatre, Ybor campus. It was less than a mile away and all the restaurants and coffee shops we wanted were between us and the theater. It was nice to come home for the night to house instead of a hotel room.

Perfect location only a few blocks from the main strip of Ybor. Nice up-to-date kitchen and comfortable memory foam mattresses in both rooms.
