Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the Riverside makes for beautiful sunset walks. The guesthouse is located behind beautiful manicured 1910 home. Walking distance from Armature Works, Riverwalk, Downtown. 5 min drive to Historic Ybor City, Amelia Arena. Less than 10 min from Raymond James stadium, Airport, Hyde Park Village, MidTown, International Mall. We’re in a FANTASTIC location! You can rent bikes, scooters etc…walking distance.

amazing
I loved this place. It had everything that I needed and the bed was super comfy. I don’t really have anything negative to say about the property. There was a couple with a small child running around upstairs. That was a little disturbing however, that’s not the property managers fault, I guess there’s really not too much you could do about something like that. I would stay here again in a heartbeat was amazing and friendly and honey and mocha made it even better.

Not enough bang for the buck

Back for second visit
We love this sweet spot, located perfectly in a beautiful neighborhood by the river. Host Maria is incredibly responsive, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great host
We had a great stay and the host was helpful and communicative. The location is in a lovely residential area that’s a short walk to Armature Works and to the start of the Riverwalk. There are a few things I wish I would have known before booking, but I still would book again if we’re ever back in Tampa. First, there is an apartment above the unit. Any steps taken by those guests are extremely loud, and any water used at the same time as the upstairs unit made our hot water go in and out in the shower. Perhaps most importantly, there is no privacy. The bedroom has an entire wall that is a window looking out to the backyard (shared by the host and the other apartment guests). The window curtains are sheer, meaning anyone in the shared backyard can see perfectly into the bedroom. We got home one night and saw the guests from the other unit enjoying a fire in the backyard. They were 2 feet from our bedroom window facing us, so we had to change into our pajamas in the bathroom :( Also, the temperature got down to the 40s at night and there is no heat in the apartment. We were pretty chilly that night. All in all, it’s an affordable and nice place to stay in a great area of Tampa.

Fantastic Stay
My son was in town for Charter Captain school and we were looking for something that was not only close to his school but something clean & safe. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay & said it was a great place! Close to wonderful restaurants that were easily Ubered to - if we ever find ourselves back in the Tampa area, we would definitely book again if available.

Stayed for a conference
Everything was great. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the river and Armiture Works. I did have to take a Lyft to the convention center, but it wasn't much.

long weekend in Tampa
Great location, easy walk to everything including our family in Tampa. Apartment was spotless. Maria was incredibly responsive for the couple o things we needed an assist with. Highly recommend.

Football Getaway
Quick trip up to Tampa for some college football. It’s our second time staying here in the last 2 months and it won’t be our last. Great location and value. Quiet and well located - a must for anyone looking to visit the area.

Quick Getaway
This property is gorgeous! Quiet street, close to the airport (but not too close), close to the riverwalk with great restaurants and shops. The bed was a dream and the fire pit area is perfect for relaxing. Maria was very responsive and friendly. It was my first time in Tampa and I plan to return. I am definitely going to book here again.

Great location - better host!
Maria and Gio have an amazing location and getaway spot. Cozy and intimate, the apartment had all the creature comforts you need to enjoy Tampa Bay. Location was at the center of everywhere we wanted to go - restaurants, downtown and Raymond James stadium -so close to everything that all the ride-shares we took didn't even reach $10. Binx the cat added "feels like home" vibe and if you have a chance to met Gio, you must ask him about his awesome man-cave.

Great Location
Great location and better host. We experienced one issue which our host (Maria) addressed immediately. It was as if it never happened. Location is great. Walking distance to Armature, a fantastic spot for dinner and/or drinks, and the River Walk. Easy access to highways and close to the airport. Well worth the price.
