Over all good stay.
We had a couple of situations but the host was very quick in responding and giving attention to the problem to resolve quickly. Over all it was a great stay. Definitely wouldn’t mind returning.

Great place
I enjoyed this trip so much , you will not be disappointed at all. The place is perfect , it’s so clean and location was great! We walked to the beach several times a day , swam in the pool and a short ride or walk to the restaurants . The host was so kind . I will definitely go back 😊

Love this spot
Loved the area and that the beach was across the street. My family and I really enjoyed taking walks and exploring. Host was attentive, responded quickly. Will definitely be staying here again

Great place for a beach stay!
Our family enjoyed our time at this property. The communication was great and everything was as advertised. Deerfield Beach is a wonderful little town and we would certainly stay here again.

More than we could hope for!
We can't say enough about this property. It was so easy working with Diedra and we just can't say enough about the customer service and the communication. The property was clean and had everything from the pots and pans to the Beach toys/chairs. What a convenience to just walk across the street and be on the beach or just hang out by the pool, located on the property. We also enjoyed the nearby shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

Deerfield Winter
We had a wonderful experience at this location. Deirdra was a great host. Any time we had a question she responded in less than 5 minutes. The apartment was clean and the pool was great! We met so many fun new people. We look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful condo by the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Heated pool was awesome and only a 3 minute walk to the beach! That was so nice! It was wonderful to have some beach items to use(chairs, umbrella, toys and towels). Kitchen had everything we needed and laundry was right across the hall. Grounds of complex were well maintained. Communication with the owner was top notch. She responded right away to any question we may have had. We would love to be able to return!

My family and I stayed here for a weekend and we were greeted with a very clean and well- decorated beach apartment. It included so many well-thought out details to enjoy our stay( to name a few…beach towels, chairs, boards, mats, cooler, sunscreen, and a kitchen pantry stocked with everything you need to cook or bake). Our host was also very attentive. Thank you for making our stay delightful! We will be back soon 😁

Perfect for our Mother-Daughter trip!
We come down to the Ft. Lauderdale area for our annual Mother-Daughter getaway. We have stayed in a few different condos and areas and have really struggled with added resort fees, added parking fees, high-rise elevator rules, and over an hour long check-in process. We decided on the Deerfield Beach area this year because we could all walk into downtown to the restaurants, shops, and pier. This was by far the easiest check-in we have ever had. Designated parking spot, first floor unit (excellent for after grocery shopping), keyless entry, and safe. Super close to the beach and boardwalk -we walked to restaurants or to get ice cream every evening. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Washer/Dryer use was free. We think we found our new go-to place for a great little getaway!

Great Condo; Perfect Location
Great location and very well maintained. Exactly what we needed for a little rest and relaxation. Deidra was so helpful and answered all our questions before arrival and during our trip! Will definitely come back and stay here again!
