Welcome to Deerfield Beach ! Check into this gorgeous remodeled condo 1 block from the beach! Beautiful pool with Tiki Hut, BBQ and view of the ocean from the terrace pool deck . Gorgeous remodeled 1 bedroom apt full kitchen with pots and pans ,silverware ,plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards coffee maker, toaster ,microwave, new Stanley steel appliances, hurricane windows ,new split AC units in living room and bedroom
Living room has 52 inch smart TV and bedroom has 32 inch smart TV .There is a sofa bed and two queen beds in the bedroom ,new updated bathroom . You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping, parks and Deerfield beach Fishing Pier!
We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrellas and beach towels , for a small amount money you can rent bikes from us and hop on for a ride! Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans
The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo
Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton
Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

Great place to stay
Great little spot to stay during our freshman daughter's drop off to FAU. Very clean and excellent location to access the beach and 15 min to her college. Only thing we weren't thrilled about was the wifi, as it wasn't very strong and difficult to access. Overall, we would stay again.

So nice!
I had a 10 day stay and was delightfully surprised! Very clean, well equipped property with all the essentials. The unit was a 1 bedroom with 2 double beds that were very comfortable. This was a wonderful host who answered all questions that we had after check-in. Nicely maintained and a perfect spot for my daughter and her family to spend time at the pool.

Spring break
My daughter and I stayed here 3 nights over her spring break. The location is a 2 minute or less walk to the beach. Safe neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

Ok but no attention to details
First of all let me say our view was excellent and better than we thought it would be...our unit had ocean view from living room window. The bedroom had 2 big beds a dresser and a nighstand...WAY too much furniture for a room so small...hard to walk and no place for luggage, couldn't easily get into dresser. Bathroom sink had black all under rim. Walls were patched but not repainted. Windows needed washed so you could see the amazing views. The worst issue was only one smoke detector in the whole unit and the battery was dead. The first night was sleepless. The host told me it worked fine for previous tennant and was hardwired so no battery to go dead....this was not true. We were in the area visiting family so regardless of some issues we did enjoy our stay.

This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely loved it! The location so close to the beach, the pool clean and warm, the unit clean and nicely equipped for our stay. We love it here and without a doubt, we will be back!!

Getaway
My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, and the location was great. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and the beach was not very crowded. The condo was perfect for us, really nicely renovated with all that you could need. The pool was nice and the parking spot very convenient. It was very easy to communicate with the host and if we ever make it back to Deerfield beach, I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location!
Wonderful apartment! Everything you need for a stay by the beach; beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels! Apartment was so clean and comfortable. The pool is cool, clean and never crowded! But the best part is the location!!! You are literally a two minute walk to the beach. So many restaurants nearby also. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great long weekend get away
We stayed at the property 6/16- 6/19/23. The property was in a great location…only a few steps to the beach. The property was clean and updated. The beach was perfect, not crowded and clean. The area is very walkable. It was a mile to walk to the pier, restaurants and shops. We also used the pool which was also well maintained. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to revisit !

Deerfield Beach Getaway
This was my first VRBO and I was apprehensive if the property would match the description . The unit was spotless and matched the description to the tee. . We were able to walk to the beach and go to local restaurants without even getting in the car. The pool was very nice and had the opportunity to strike up conversations with other guests. Will definately rebook.

Condo was nice and clean! Had chairs, beach towels and cooler for use at beach. Very nice pool with good chairs. Very roomy with separate bedroom and large closet. 2 minute walk to beach! All was great! Thx
