About this House
Our cool Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Florida house is the perfect oasis of relaxed south Florida living. Enjoy time in the sun and be close to all that the Palm Beaches has to offer.
Our home is located on the south east area of Boca Raton, just East of i95 Interstate, just north of SW 18th St; 3.4 Miles to the Beach or 8 Minutes driving. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-bay garage, a screened pool area and ample back yard in 2,100 plus total square feet.
Our house is all on one level with an amazing chef’s / gourmet open kitchen with Jenn Air, GE appliances and an abundance of small appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve gourmet meals. The kitchen is the center of the house, specially designed for entertaining delicious cooking with family and friends, which opens to dining and living rooms with comfortable sitting areas. The gourmet kitchen has a massive granite counter top island seating for up to 10 people (4 bar stools provided) and a formal wood dining table for 8.
The main living area has an open floor plan with glass windows facing the front of the house, a sliding door to one side and 3 French doors flow to the poolside loggia to allow for perfect indoor outdoor living and entertaining.
There are hard wood floors throughout the house, elegant travertine marble in the common areas and laminate wood in the 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, 1 walk in closet available for guests, and a big master’s bathroom with a Hot tub, double sink dressing counter and separate toilet and shower room. ( right sink is not operable at the moment due to a recent leak under cabinet / pending fix covered by a temporary curtain ) One of the French doors is located in the master’s for easy access to the backyard and pool area. Pool isn't heated. There is also a 50” TV located here.
The other two rooms has Queen Size beds with night stands and there is also another 42” Flat Screen TV in one of the rooms. The 2nd bathroom is between these 2 rooms, with a linens closet and shower with access/entrance to the pool area.
- Recently added 50" LED TV, Smart/Roku only channels like Sling, Netflix, etc. No regular cable channels on this TV; located in the living room.

Close to everything
The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We were 15 min to beach. House was huge and the pool was clean and perfect. So glad we chose a vrbo with a pool cage bc Ive seen a lot of wildlife in Boca. Including iguanas. House needs some updating for sure. But it was clean and stocked with what we needed. Plan on coming back for a 2 week stay next summer.

What a great place!!
Was perfect for our annual week long stay in SoFlo. Easy to find conveniently located. Exactly as advertised. Would 100% stay again. The only change I would’ve liked to see is a proper gas BBQ grill. Other than that great place.

Spacious home in beautiful neighborhood!
House had a great lay out with master on one side and 2 other bedrooms on the other. Very large kitchen, enjoyed having coffee and meals out by the pool. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood- close to all! Also enjoyed the use of beach chairs and towels!

Boca stay
The house is beautiful and clean. The downsides are that the pool is not heated (not specified in the description), the “Jacuzzi” is actually a large bath tub in the master bathroom, and traffic from the highway can be loud at times. The home is also not appointed with many of the supplies typically found in a rental such as paper towel, garbage bags, sufficient extra toilet paper, and small incidentals such as salt and pepper. Overall, it is adequate but doesn’t warrant the price.

Outdoor oasis
Beautiful outdoor space and well appointed kitchen. As a family it was easy to cook and eat together in the open concept layout. Everything was clean and perfect. Wonderful hosts. The screened in pool area was a private quiet luxury. Would absolutely recommend this house and host. Everything we needed and more for a family get away.

Work Trip
A Co worker and I needed to travel to Boca for a business trip. We didn’t want to do the typical hotel stay so we found this beautiful property. It was better than what shows in the pictures. Very inviting and comfortable, especially after a day of working. I would definitely stay here again, maybe I can get a chance to take a dip in the pool next time.

Horrible experience!
It was a mess from the start! The communication was a miss. He would respond every 3-4 hours or next day. Every discussion we had about the check in and check out was completely ignored. I have 2 kids under 4 and specifically asked him to put up the gate to the pool he said he would and didn’t. He would change the thermostat remotely every time we put it at 70 which is what he said to put it on. He would watch us on the cameras outside the house every time we walked out of the house. It was a complete invasion of privacy. To top it all off the house is completely infested with cockroaches the size of a mice. Overall it was a horrible experience if I could give it zero stars I would!

Great House
My wife and I and two grandchildren really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a good neighborhood with a 10 minute drive to the beach and downtown Boca. The house was clean and well furnished and the pool was perfect. Luis was responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for families.

Much needed rest and relaxation
The Boca home was beautiful !! It was clean, very spacious, the aesthetics were modern and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen island was the show stopper, just beautiful !! My husband loved it so much he made breakfast every morning lol. Overall our experience exceeded our expectations. Luis and the team were very kind and communication was professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to friends/family and would be eager to book again in the near future.
