The condo was in a great location. The beach was right across the street (which wasn't at all hard to cross). It was close to the action but still quiet.

Loved our stay
Beautiful Condo! Would definitely stay again. Very clean! Nice view! My boys and their friends thoroughly enjoyed their fall break. The beach is very convenient and easy to get to. Check in was awesome! The host was very easy to communicate with.

Very relaxing!
Our family had never been to pensecola and we were looking for something more quiet than Panama City. The condo on the inside was exactly like the pictures. Very updated and clean. It could use some more silverware cause there was only maybe 4 or 5 spoons and forks and we had 6 staying in the condo. We also couldn’t find a dustpan to keep the floor swept up but those were minor things for us. Plenty of blankets and towels. The outside of the condo could use some cleaning but I had already seen on previous reviews that the owner is working on. We LOVED the location. It is down on the fort Pickens end of the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. It is right next to the dog park but we didn’t mind that either. It’s a very short walk across the road and the road was never busy so it wasn’t a bother. There are about 3 sets of stairs to walk up to get in the room but we prefer that over fighting for elevators(which is what we were used to). Parking was very convenient as well. No fighting for a parking spot. The pool was right outside our door. I was concerned it would be loud but it never was crowded and we didn’t hear any loud noise.. Being able to walk from the bay side or the beach was very neat and the kids loved it. The property over all was quite and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for quick stays
We loved the renovations and look of the unit. The downside was very minimal kitchen supplies which would’ve been an issue if we planned on cooking there, but we went out for meals. The unit also could’ve used a deeper clean but we managed just fine. Great location!

The condo was exactly as pictured! However, the HOA seems to no longer in existence.
Our condo was as pictured. The condo was very clean and all needs were met. However, upon arrival we were met face to face with the dumpster. The pool furniture was lacking in quality and the grounds were unkempt I expect that the HOA no longer is in existence. Hopefully, the building itself will soon be under new management. .

Spring break
Lovely newly renovated condo, perfect for shorter (1 week) stay. Clean and well-stocked. Easy access to public gulf beach and private sound side beach. Quiet top-level condo. Up several flights of stairs, may be a concern if you have mobility issues. Nite that second bedroom is tiny with bunk beds, fine for our teens or children but may be tight for large adults. Would definitely stay here again. Check in could have been smoother, batteries in door lock died but manager fixed quickly.
