You’ll enjoy taking a dip in the community pool, sunning on the pool deck, beach access with shower, and most of all, the beach. Loved the location!
We had a wonderful week at this location. I LOVED that the beach is not crowded. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the kitchen window. This might not matter to the majority but the air conditioning works GREAT. Some beach houses I’ve rented we had problems with sleeping due to the humidity. This one will freeze you out at 70°! I loved it…so I slept great. Some suggestions for improvement would be the follow up on cleaning and maintenance. Both bathrooms had significant mildew on the shower curtains and walls. Several tiles were broken around the dining room table. The lock was missing on the sliding door to the balcony and a board was used to prevent entry. It was a girls trip so I would’ve felt more comfortable if there was a deadbolt on the entry door. Lastly, the front left burner did not work. None of these things prevented us from having an amazing trip but they need to be addressed to create and maintain loyalty to your properties.

Would stay here again!
Property was as described. Kitchen was well furnished. Washer and dryer were great to have as we were at the beach a lot. Parking, Beach and pool were all very close. Communication during the whole process was quick and thorough. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!
This place allowed our large family to have a perfect beach vacation! We always have a hard time finding a place that suits our needs and this exceeded our expectations. Steps away from the beach, beach view from balcony, covered parking, nice pool, and everything but food included! We plan on returning for years to come!

We we’re very pleased at how easy it was from booking they stay to checking in. When we get there we find a clean, nicely decorated place with just everything we needed to enjoy the stay after our busy day. I would like to thank management for the easy communication after we arrived. We would definitely come back to Villas at the Gulf!! Thank you

Awesome location near the beach
This was our first time at this particular condo at Villas on the Gulf and we really appreciated how much closer it was to the beach! It was clean, nicely decorated and reasonably stocked with essentials. The master bed was quite firm but otherwise the room was spacious and nice. Loved the ocean view from the balcony and the kitchen window. It’s nice how not crowded the beach is on the east end—even on Memorial weekend! We had a great two weeks! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great beach stay
Place was as described/pictured. Definitely a musky smell as mentioned in another review but it did not bother us much. Great location. Short walk to beach and pool. Would definitely book again.

Musty smell
Only had one issue with this property. The musty smell. I noticed air fresheners in all plug in but were empty. The smell remained on every item that was brought into condo. The smell on the car ride home was horrible. I had to wash every single item that went into condo literally 4 times. Had to throw pillows and purse away. Had to put all shoes outside to air out and still have smell on it. Again this is only complaint and would not return to this unit because of this reason but it was very clean and access to beach was very good.
