Villas on the Gulf is on the Gulf side of Pensacola Beach and is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This 5 acre community consists of 108 condos in a low rise complex centered around a sparkling lagoon with fountain. Guests love feeding the ducks! You’ll enjoy taking a dip in the community pool, sunning on the pool deck, beach access with shower, and most of all, the beach. This complex also has an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away. Make your next vacation memory at Villas on the Gulf!

Great place! Enjoyed the view and the place was very clean. Only two issues: master bedroom was not cold enough and the ceiling fan was noisy. It also needs an ironing board.

Birthday Bliss
The property was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the Gulf. I especially love the location. It is away from the public beach but still close enough to the restaurants and activities. I am excited to book my next stay! I only wish we would have stayed longer.

I can’t say anything negative about my stay. The condo was clean, looked exactly as the pictures showed and the beach was perfect! Loved my stay and would definitely stay again or recommend to family and friends

Stayed in K2. While overall we love this property i only have 2 complaints. Minor but I'm an honest person. The pillows on the bed need replaced... They are stained kinda yellow(I assume sweat stains). My other complaint is the Netflix/ apps seemed to be locked to someone's account with no way to log in our own account. Luckily we brought a game system and could log in from that. Overall minor complaints that don't really take away from the overall experience. I'm actually hoping to be able to purchase one of these condo's at a later time. The very short walk to the beach, the view from the balcony, just all around perfect place to vacation.

Can't beat the location!
Overall, this was a nice little condo for our family! The closest we've ever stayed to the beach, just steps across the courtyard and over the walkway! Also budget friendly! Thankful for memories made and time spent together here!
