Great location!
Property was clean for the most part. The floors were swept but they weren’t mopped. The first couple of hours there I spilt some water and used a paper towel to wipe it up and the paper towel was black. Everything else was clean. The only other problem I had was that the beds were hard as a rock! Both beds. Convenience store is right across the street and so is Peg Leg Pete’s. The pool was great to use because it was double red flags the whole stay.

Great Location
This condo was very clean and in a great location. The one huge negative for me is the fact that you had to use the laundromat on the ground floor because this unit did not have a washer and dryer. The other negative was the fact that this unit had no beach chairs or beach toys for you to use. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the fact that you had a parking spot in the parking garage reserved for you. Overall it was a great stay and if the unit would have had a washer dryer and beach chairs/toys I would have given it a five star review. Another plus - across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s and a 24 hour Tom Thumb convenience store!

Wonderful Ocean View
Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Nice balcony, right on beach with easy walk. Perfect spot to enjoy Blue Angels beach buzz. Highly recommend this condo!

Cute little condo. Clean, comfortable, great views, locals in the building are very nice. Even had a couple give us a few cool seashells they found! I love staying at San Souci.

A lovely getaway.
The location of San Souci was perfect for our family. My kids love the beach but don't want to stay all day. Having the option to play on the beach and go back to our cool room multiple times a day worked well for us. The room was clean and comfortable. And the balcony had an amazing view. We actually saw dolphin one morning. We will definitely be returning in thebcoming years.

Condo needs serious cleaning
When I booked this property I thought it would be clean. The pictures and descriptions of the condo are misleading. After a long drive to get there we unpacked and I noticed the floor was a little sandy but when my husband showed me the bottom of his feet I couldn't believe it! His feet were black. I took a wet paper towel and wiped the floor and it was dirty. The rental company did send a lady out to reclean the floors and that helped But my goodness the condo needs a deep cleaning.

The view was stunning and the location was convenient to one of the most popular restaurants on the island. The area was not in the busy center which we enjoyed in that we had less traffic and noise.

Great condo!
This property had everything we needed, and a fantastic view! The teens loved the pool and hot tub, parasailing, and shopping. I loved being right on the beautiful beach. Being across the street from my favorite restaurant was a bonus, as well as being so close to where the Blue Angels practice. I hope to stay here again! Next time I will bring a couple of rolls of quarters for the big coin laundry there. This was my first time staying in Pensacola Beach, and I loved it. This was the perfect condo for our group!

Truly relaxing

Perfect location
This unit is so close to the beach and the bay it’s got views from both directions! It overlooks the Sabine Bay as well as sits directly on the ocean so you take less than 50 steps and you’re plopping down in white sand and feeling the sand in your toes! The unit, the grounds, the street, the pool, the private parking lot, the laundry mat, all were pristine which is a MUST FOR ME! I recommend this place and I will stay here again. The beds in unit 508 were completely comfortable and linens were clean and ample were provided as well as everything you needed for the kitchen, toys , chairs, and umbrellas for the beach! 👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌

Summer 2022 Great Vacation
The property was well kept and great for a family vacation. The condo was clean and updated. All descriptions of the condo were accurate. We enjoyed our time at Sans Souci and our experience with Pensacola Beach Properties. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a Pensacola Beach family vacation.

Breathtaking views
Right on the water and the walk to the beach was easy. Not like when we stayed in Destin and the sand was a football field wide to get to water. And to top it off Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant is directly across the street(great food!) just make sure u get on wait list about 2 hours before u want to eat, it is popular.

Annual cousins trip
We loved the size of the condo complex. It was a nice quiet area, liked that this complex was the last one on the road. Made the are nice for walks. Would come back to this complex in the future.

Will definitely come back to the area! Customer service was amazing. They came out within an hour and resolved our concern (which turned out to be a user error lol!!)
