Second time at Sans Souci
This is our second stay at the Sans Souci condos. We enjoy the direct beach access, balconies to see the beautiful views and it’s across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s! Great deal for the price!

Great location, amazing beach
Everything was good. Definitely needs a new coffee maker. The property could use cleaning. Windows filthy and many Cobb webs in elevator area. Other then that it was a great place to stay and definitely will be back.

Perfect Family Stay
Sans Souci is our family’s go-to location to stay when in Pensacola Beach because of the safety of the hated property, wonderful onsite pool and hot tub, beach access without having to cross streets, and convenience to our fave restaurant Peg Leg Petes and to the Via de Luna strip. The condo was clean & perfect size for the family, and we received the fastest help with an AC issue which immediately was fixed and management kept in touch to make sure all continued to go well afterward. Really appreciated the communication and wonderful place to stay. We hope to be back again.

Great Location and Clean Condo
We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and convenient. The property manager offered an extra day at a lower rate since there was a gap between bookings which we took advantage of. The Great Blue Heron chilling in the hot tub in the mornings was hilarious (free nature show). The pool and beach access with showers was excellent. Two small issues are the living room TV's audio is distorted, and there is no working DVD player. Everything else was very close to perfect. Thank you all so much!

Fabulous vacation!!
We had a great stay here!! Everything was very clean and exactly as listed. The location really makes this place great being right across from peg legs!! Beach was beautiful and never crowded. We will be back!!

There was styrofoam all around the building, in the pool and hot tub and on the beach !!! How can you pollute that beautiful beach ? What a disgrace, it's time to clean it up !!
