Property was as advertised and worth the price.
This property had everything we needed and the view of the beach was great! The proximity to the pool was ideal for the kids and it was only a very short walk to the beach. I'd definitely recommend this unit for others.

Clean but needs updating
The property was very clean. The furniture was extremely dated and worn out - water warped coffee table, dining chairs faded and worn, hodge podge patio furniture, twin bed mattresses were so incredibly hard - needed to pad with extra blankets in order to simply sleep. The living room tv is so old it isn’t compatible with HD so local channels were blurry and screen size cut off most heads despite which settings we chose. It was highly disappointing considering we paid just as much as others in our group with nicely updated condos. Definitely didn’t get what we paid for.

Short stay at Pensacola Beach
Had to reserve condo in a hurry due to family health concerns in Pensacola. Didn't have time to read all the fine print. Had 2 issues- (1) had no washer and dryer. (2) could not turn down AC below 70 degrees. Other than that, everything was great!

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be wonderful. It was clean with everything we needed. My only complaint was no washer and dryer. The towels, blinds and shower curtains need updating.

Property was clean but very dated. The lobby area and condo had strange smells. Had to buy candles for the condo.

Older but great location
We got an older unit as far as decor, there was a “chip clip” holding the end of the shower curtain on and one of the sliding glass door blinds was taped on but they noted our pictures and were helpful. We will stay there again

6oth Girls Trip Birthday Party
We had a wonderful time! View is Spectacular. Could use a little more update in pictures, furniture, blinds, maybe some ceiling fans. Throw in free beach service. I would definitely stay here again!

View was great. Some issues with property. Room smell was poor. Toilet was having issues that we fixed. Bathrooms are small and not handicap accessible. Balcony chairs cheap and broken. We attempted to reach out to management but still have no response.

Great Views
You can’t beat the view of this property. Balcony overlooking a great beach without viability to adjacent buildings , easy access and far less crowded than similar areas. Mismatched furniture, AC struggled to stay cold and lobby is under construction, but didn’t take away from the stay. 7/10 recommendation

Misleading and unapologetic
Quick last minute trip to Pensacola. Booked place because of location and most importantly balcony. Pictures highlighted big balcony and views. Upon arrival, balcony was closed off and unusable. Unit was bare minimum furnished, super dark and bathroom tiles was busted and popping up. Called rental angency and they were unapologetic (except for tile). Absolutely worst beach condo rental experience ever, luckily this was a quick weekend trip.

There is no washer and dryer in this unit.
Great condo with great balcony view BUT there is NO washer and dryer in this unit. When you’re staying over a week, this is a big deal. I should’ve read the reviews more closely on this one but I didn’t. My fault.
