Much needed get away
Beautiful views. Walked right out to paradise. The unit was nice and clean. Only issue is we got locked out of our room (our door codes weren’t working). Thank the lord I was able to call the emergency # and they helped us fix the situation. That was scarey but they fixed it. Overall very nice and clean and beautiful. Also very close to al the boardwalks and restaurants. Such a great get away!

Nice condo. We have stayed in building before.
Comfortable condo. Location was perfect. On downside, we couldn't find any additional bedding. Bedspread was pretty thin. Other than that, it was fine.

Not bad not great
We love the location of this property. It is right on the beach and easy to access. We had a small plumbing problem and the management company responded immediately and got it fixed. The unit was clean but not comfortable. It can use some updating. The bed mattress really needs an upgrade. We will seek a place with a better bed next time.

First time in Pensacola Beach. Nice condo; matched our expectations from the listing description. Good communication with the property manager; no issues during our stay. Word of advice to newbs, re the location: it took us an hour on a late April Saturday afternoon to get from the condo to the left turn onto the parkway (a mile and change); we were advised this is typical. At other times/days, the wait was minimal.

Perfect for a couple
We had a great time staying in Pensacola at this property. It was perfect for two people. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The only suggestion I would make is to update the king bed. Other that that, the condo is perfect. Thanks for a great time!

Ideal condo for a couple, 3rd floor, great balcony facing ocean, short walk to elevator and then to beach, covered parking which was very nice. Pensacola Properties, the host, was great to answer the few questions I had, very prompt to return my texts and calls. Condo very roomy and spacious, nice decor and appointments.

I so enjoyed my 4 days. It was exactly what I needed -- a balcony over the sea oats and beach with nothing but the sound of waves all around. The condo had everything I needed for a few days of relaxation.

This condo looked nice in the pictures, well the condo exceeded our expectations. Pensacola Beach Properties staff is the best. Easy to communicate with, super friendly, and they really care about your stay. We WILL definitely be back.
