The master suite features two queen beds, gorgeous views, and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a king bed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The guest bath provides a walk-in shower. Relax and catch a movie on the flat screen TV in the living room after a long day spent at the beach or whip up an amazing dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Villas on the Gulf is on the gulf side of Pensacola Beach and is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This 5 acre community consists of 108 condos in a low rise complex centered around a sparkling lagoon with fountain. Guests love feeding the ducks! You’ll enjoy taking a dip in the community pool, sunning on the pool deck, beach access with shower, and most of all, the beach. This complex also has an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away. Make your next vacation memory at Villas on the Gulf!

Area Attractions:

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola Beach includes two artificial reef systems for snorkeling. Park East is located about 1.4 miles east of Portofino on Pensacola Beach. The reef is located 500 ft. off shore and attracts a wide variety of fish, sea turtles and all kinds of gulf wildlife.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

Spring Break trip Property ia exactly as shown in listing; very clean and updated with all the dishes, etc we needed to cook a few meals. PERFECT location...truly just a few steps to the beach. Weather did not cooperate this week, but still enjoyed the property. Will try to stay here again next summer.

Nice place The only thing I have to complain about is the gps does not take you there due to the gate that was permanently closed. If the gate had been opened it would have been much easier to get to but that made it very confusing. Once we found it we really enjoyed our stay.

Short Beach Vacay The location of the condo was great, although the exterior look of the condo was a bit deceiving. The exterior of the property is showing some age, but the interior of the condo was updated and very clean. The water was beautiful, and we found many great spots to eat at.

Great stay We had an amazing stay at this property. Very clean and convenient to the beach and boardwalk but also far enough from the big crowds. My only "complaint" is that the washing machine had a foul smell because water was getting trapped in the rim lid and the dryer didn't dry well and we needed to run the dryer cycle at least 2 sometimes 3 times to get anything dried that we washed. Otherwise I would definitely come back to this property without a doubt.

Family Vacation M5 was absolutely perfect for our family! The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed. As a bonus, it even had a few toys for the beach! The beachfront was exactly what we were looking for too! Just steps from the beach. The check in process was a breeze, and the Pensacola Properties staff were awesome. Thanks so much!!

Would Stay Here Again Everything was convenient and clean…Except the shower curtain was covered in mildew! We actually went and bought a new one. Other than that, very clean and no problems.

Family Vacation Condo was perfect for our family of six. Very neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having washer and dryer in condo was great. Short walk to beach and amazing view from balcony. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect family beach getaway My girls and I had such an amazing time. This particular unit was perfect and the deck looked right out to the beautiful white sands of the beach. Everything was stocked in the unit. I loved that it was a keyless entry unit. The washer and dryer came in handy as well as all the amenities the kitchen had. The chair and umbrella rental was very convenient as well. We are already planning our next visit and I'd love for it to be this unit. It was perfect!

Overall Nice Place to Stay We did have a little trouble locating the property. Our GPS told us to turn on the wrong road, but it didn't take long to get it all figured out. Overall the place was pretty clean other than the floors and the couch/chair which did have some sand on them. We would definitely consider returning.

Excellent property This condo and location was phenomenal!! All the photos were spot on for accuracy and cleanliness! We’ve stayed a lot of places and this was the first perfect experience we’ve had for cleanliness, comfortable beds with the ultimate mattresses, clean bedding, wonderful Furniture inside and awesome patio chairs that were higher above the railing so you could see the ocean perfectly. The showers were amazing with great water pressure!! There were so many added modern touches and upgrades throughout the condo. Such as the beautiful tile floors the beautiful shower door and modern details in the bathrooms as well as plenty of hooks to hang things. Beautiful wall decorations as wall. The view was just as the picture shows and so peaceful. A true calm family environment that gave us the vacation we were longing for. The owners and the property managers go to great lengths to clean thoroughly and provide A very comfortable stay. I am so excited and positive about this property that I will certainly go back it was the only place that had everything figured out the way that I think it should be and I give it a 10 star if I could. Pensacola beach alone was fantastic and offered so many great restaurants and places to go it was the ultimate experience and this condo it was perfectly located to all of it! I can’t wait to go back. Thanks to the owners and property managers!! This was the perfect bang for the buck, it’s priced so well for all of the things that included!

Short getaway Great location! Beautiful, clean condo with everything we needed, right on the beach. Only issue is I had to sweep up sand and hair when we got there. Other than that, it was lovely and clean.

Excellent beach view We love Pensacola Villas on the Gulf is towards the end of the island so it is nice to be away from so much activity and the beach isn’t near as crowded. This unit had a perfect view of the beach. You do have to climb stairs and there is no covered parking with this unit so you could get wet coming and going. The unit was simple and decorated nicely. The beds were extra firm which we all enjoyed and 3 adults and two children had plenty of room. The cleanliness of the unit was ok. Property mgmt should really pay attn to the inside of the fridge and the dishes that have been put away. Nearly every dish we pulled out of the cabinet was dirty and had to be rewashed. The fridge needed to be wiped down inside and we found a used flosser on top of the shower shelf. For the money you pay this is not good cleaning. The bath mats could be replaced and the door rugs held quite a bit of sand and could use a good beating to knock some sand loose. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it, but again for the cost and when managed by a mgmt company these things should be checked. We had plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with and the unit stayed nice and cool. We enjoyed the patio chairs also.
