This condo has a balcony overlooking the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was comfortable, and the bed was nice as well. With Pegleg Pete's across the street, you can't beat it!

Mother's Day Weekend Escape
Great Location, easy to get from car to Condo with assigned parking in covered Garage. Carts provided to move your luggage with. Everything is positive with just a couple of suggestions. Door was not so easy to open. You needed it to pull toward you and then turn lock. After we learned the trick to this was ok. The bed could really use another mattress...it rolled you to the center. Other than those two little issues, everything else was fine, area was quiet and peaceful.

The place was great. Just what we were looking for. The only complaint would be that the bed needs to be replaced. Sorry one more thing it took forever for the hot water to reach the kitchen sink.

5 night stay
Roaches in kitchen, next door neighbor smoked the whole time making impossible to open sliding doors, dust an 1"thickon many plastic plants throughout, floors very clean. Pool excellent condition, location fabulous and they addressed the Roaches promptly and friendly staff, rental agents very friendly, no compensation for putting up with smoking issue or dirty apartment. One kitchen towel dishes very dirty and dishwasher didn't clean at all.

Heaven
What a wonderful place. We were right across the road from a Tom's store that had pretty what you needed. Beautiful views from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and Peg legs is right across the street. We didn't get to enjoy the pool because it was to cold. A cold front came in on our way down and temperatures in the 40's at night. Friendly staff. We will be back. The only downside was if you like to cook there isn't much in the kitchen.

GREAT CONDO!
The condo was very nice, clean, and in a great location. I was a late arrival and the office accommodated me by placing keys in a lockbox. Pool and spa area were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony has great view for early morning coffee. Overall great place to stay!

Sans Souci 307
This location could not be beat! It is right on the beach and across the street from Peg Leg Pete's. It had plenty of room for two people and the bed was comfy. It could use some updating, but if you are more worried about location and ease of getting to the beach then this is for you.

Away from the business
We love the location. Just a short drive to shops and restaurants. Only complaint is of 5 remote controls there to the two t.v.s none worked. They brought me new batteries but that did not work. Oh well, still loved our stay there. We will be retruning.

Perfection
This property is not only immaculately kept up but absolutely beautiful view of the beach and ocean 😍! We even sat on our deck and saw various ocean wildlife swim by including schools of devil rays and a couple of dolphins. An excellent marina restaurant and bar across the street and a convenience store also for last-minute items or groceries. We will definitely be back!

Quick 2 day trip
This was a quick 2 day “house hunting for my daughter” trip. I notified property management that I wouldn’t get into town until approximately 10 PM. Sounded like I would have no issues because they were putting my physical key to the unit in a lockbox outside their office and would send me the code to the lock box. In my guest portal, there was a code that I assumed was the lockbox code because I had not received any other type correspondence with any other codes. At 10 PM I found out it was not the correct code and calling the emergency number. Several times got me nowhere. I was very tired after the drive, and became very irritable with my daughter after many attempts to get in. It finally occurred to me to try sending a text through a previous text correspondence with the property management. I believe that is what finely triggered them to call me and I received a text with the code just a couple minutes afterwards. It ended up being about a 30 minute process to get in, but I finally did. it was late and I was already frustrated and entering the unit I was not happy. It felt unclean. Once I had rested, I realized the next day that the unit was clean for the most part it was just an older unit in need of updates. The refrigerator is clean on the inside, but mini rust stains on the outside. Which is just one of the very evident noticeable things. Then location is wonderful. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Quiet Stay what we needed
We had a great quiet stay and it was a relaxing vacation until time for bed. The mattress is awful and all the pillows are flat. The shower was great and had good water pressure. The unit is looks right over the beach and loved that. Peg Leg Petes and 24 hr Tom Thumb right across street.

Pensacola excellent, condo-poor
The condo was not portrayed accurately. The bed was terrible, pillows awful, master bathroom very small. The front door was "broken" and needed to be fixed right away. Difficulty in opening and closing. The refrigerator needed to be replaced. For whatever reason, the door and sides were rusty. No ice maker, only ice trays. The very large glass table had a large chip and the furniture needs to be up-dated. The view was exceptional, right on the beach. The area was fantastic., lots of restaurants and activities. Aside from the condition of the condo, our stay was great. The Pensacola Beach Properties were accessible and attentive.

Short vacation
Great location provided a nice stay. We reported some maintenance to the entry door and the balcony screen is needed. Other than that, we loved the place. It was perfect for my wife and me.
