SeaScape 105 was recently re-decorated and provides gorgeous peek-a-boo views of the Gulf from its private balcony. This unit, which comfortably sleeps up to 7, comes fully furnished with stainless appliances has everything you'll need to feel at home on your vacation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for your vacation. The Master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen HDTV, a private bathroom, and private balcony access. The guest bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk bed -- perfect for the kids! Both Master and Guest bathrooms are full size, and come with sample sized shampoos and soaps along with all bath linens needed for your stay.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Fourth of July getaway Nice family getaway for the Fourth of July holiday. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were just a few issues we had during our stay. On the first night our seven-year-old got hit in the head by the ceiling fan that for some reason is right above the bunkbeds. Initially, we thought we'd have to start our vacation getting stitches. On our first morning, we discovered that the coffee pot didn't work. However, we did find a smaller one and maintenance came out quickly to fix the problem. The next day, the elevator stopped working. Luckily, 105 is a short stair climb. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The condo was a good fit for our family of four.

Perfect location and beautiful! This was the perfect place for our girl's trip. It is clean, cute and right next to the beach. We loved every minute of it.

Great place need some updating Loved this place !!! Nothing really bad to say. Just a few things. I was disappointed with the fact that the 2 nd bedroom bottom bunk was not made up correctly and the mattress topper kept moving off the mattress. The washing machine tub the plastic at the top around it is breaking off and I kept getting scratched and Pieces kept falling in the washing machine and catching on the clothes. The tub in the hall way the stopper is broken . The convenience of the place was great. Not to far from the beach and a great view. Make those changes and it will be perfect.

Nice Condo I would have given the stay 4 stars if the AC had worked better and if the pool was better shaded. The pool was in the sunlight 24/7 with no shading from trees or umbrellas or buildings. The deck was super hot and the chairs were super hot and had no umbrella protection. Otherwise, everything else was great. Clean, great location, good parking, and easy access to the beach.

Perfect and relaxing This was the perfect spot. A friend got married on the beach at gulf shores park and my birthday was also this weekend. The place was in the perfect spot, had everything you need with applicances, dishes, cookware, and beach toys. Only complaint we have is the parking spots are very small for a big truck.. but i think thats most condos out there. Other than that ita perfect, style is so cute and beache access was not far at all. We will be back. Thank you!

Good location Short walk to beach and there’s an arcade and putt putt across the rd. Restaurant across the street. Parking is tight for a full size vehicle. We would stay here again. (Some reason there was only one wash cloth per bathroom, Dollar Gen fixed that.).

Great Place! We really liked the location and area of this rental. We didn't feel like we were in the midst of all the traffic, yet close to everything. The view was peek-a-boo of the ocean, but you could still see it & it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony. Both beds were comfy (didn't use top bunk). It was also very quiet inside the condo, didn't hear neighbors above or next door. The only thing-wifi signal was a bit spotty during our visit. Place was very clean. Only a short walk to the beach. We felt very safe in the area. This is now my go-to for OBA stays!

Perfe for what we needed The unit seems recently renovated, clean enough. Washer and dryer worked fine, as did all other appliances we used (fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave). There were plenty silverware/plates/bowls/cups for us. The one thing I wish we had was a better vacuum than the handheld one that was in the room. It blew back all the sand at you while trying to use it. So we kind of just accepted the fact that we’d be walking on sand the entire time. The walk to the beach is definitely manageable. The unit is not directly on beach, but extremely close. I’d say about 3 minute walk from condo to beach. The pool was ok, but not super kid friendly as the “shallow end” was pretty deep (4ft maybe, I don’t remember) and small, so all the kids and some adults were kind of forced to hang out in this small area so they could reach the bottom. Overall, the condo was just what we were looking for.

Beautiful and clean Ice maker doesn’t work and leaked into the drawers in fridge and don’t have full access to dishwasher because of fridge placement but everything else was great thank you!

Great condo for a family vacation. We enjoyed the unexpected extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Good location, parking for two cars, not too many units so the pool wasn't crowded. We would certainly stay there again!

Will stay again! The condo was perfect for my mom, daughters, and I. The condo was clean and accurate to the listing. They included a nice binder with suggestions for restaurants and rainy day activities. Check-in/out was seamless. We will definitely consider staying here again should we visit Orange Beach again in the future!
