Crystal Shores is in the heart of Gulf Shores and just a short walk or drive to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Onsite amenities include swim thru indoor and outdoor pool. *Indoor pool is HEATED seasonally. Outdoor jacuzzi, Fitness Center, Game Room, and Sauna. 2 cars maximum allowed on property.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Complex is sorely dated. Pool too small. More paper towels and at least one extra roll of toilet paper should be provided for each bathroom. If you rent for a week, provide basics for the week. Great beach, extra clean. Great views.

The view from the balcony is a 5 star view. The beds are comfortable. The goodies that Beachball Properties put out for quest was great! We are a little older and would had like to had a single chair in the bedroom to sit in to help change your clothes or just to sit and read a book. Everything worked in the condo. Great location ! We enjoyed the new Coastal restaurant and that ocean view. GT on the Bay had good food and view!The bedroom furniture is pretty. New ceiling fans would give this condo a fresh look! We will be back!

Convenient location
A little snag whenwe first arrived by not having access to beach the first day, the management company was able to take care of that. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Missed having a table on patio to enjoy meals outside.

Unit 603
It is a struggle to get the lock to work. The floors didn't seem clean but that could be a concrete thing. The lanai was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It's a very lovely condo.

Great place to stay.. very clean. There are two Crystal Shores Condos and yes we went to wrong one to check into. Make sure to go to correct CS. Swimming pool is small (but here for the beach). The room we stayed in was wonderful. We will stay again.

Our stay was amazing! Definitely would stay here again! The only thing is the gate codes that are emailed to you for the pool and beach access didn't work BUT there were fobs in our room that we could use

Great Stay
The condo was spacious for two couples and a toddler. The 2 king beds were a big perk and balcony was a great size. The building itself does seem older but also had some great perks like super fast elevators and an indoor/outdoor pool. The only issue we had was our code not working for the pool and beach entrance/exits. Beachball properties was super responsive to this issue even though it seemed more like a building issue. The beach was perfect and the building also provide a little bit of unsecured storage for floaties and boogie boards. Location was also amazing, very close to the main road and restaurants without being super close. Ultimately had a great stay and would love to rent again.

Bed bugs
We left early this morning because we couldn’t take the bites anymore. We cut our vacation short because of the conditions of rental!!!! Bed bugs Wow!!!!!

All great except beach/pool access
Condo and stay was great overall, however the beach and pool access code didn’t work and after three unsuccessful attempts to remedy I gave up. This was a challenge for a family of four to access both and created some undue stress.

We were in town for the volleyball tournament. Location is very convenient and condobldg is. Easy to navigate. The primary bedroom mattress dips in the middle, maybe time to replace.

Property was ok, not great. The room was clean. We had to call maintenance to set up TV in Master bedroom. Screen door needed repair. We had 3 access keys for the property only 2 worked.

Condo was wonderful but….
First of all the condo was exactly what we thought it would be. It was decorated beautifully, beds were VERY comfortable and we were very pleased with the actual condo. My issue was with the management. There was very little communication before check in. It was made ABUNDANTLY clear that we could not check in before 4pm (most every other condo we’ve rented, we get a text an hour or so before check in that it’s ready and we’re welcome to go on in) and it would have been helpful for them to explain the door lock They were perfectly nice but I guess I’m just spoiled with the awesome owners/management I’ve had in the past.

Very clean, nice place.
We Enjoyed our stay , beds very comfortable, great veiw of the beach, however felt the pool should have been larger it was small and in the shade of the other building so it was really never in the sun. We would stay again.

Great Location
Renting was easy, check in awesome. Instructions on key fobs for beach and pool access and how to lock the door were lacking. Management response to our questions were handled immediately and staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely use Beachball Properties and would stay in he same condo again.
