The primary bedroom enjoys balcony access, Gulf views, and a King-size bed. The ensuite primary bathroom is private and includes a spacious vanity and shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom also features a King-size bed and flat-screen television. The guest bathroom is accessible from the guest bedroom and living space and features a shower/tub combination. The condo also includes a full-size washer/dryer for guest use.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

This was our 4th time staying at Crystal Shores West and probably our last time. Condo is in a great spot right on the beach so that is a plus. But every time we have stayed here there was a problem with the elevator,and to add to it this trip the walk way to the beach was closed and we was not informed that this would be the case during our stay. Both condos that we have rented have very uncomfortable beds in the spare rooms. So my vacation was restless.

Crystal Shores West #204
The unit was nice, beds were comfortable, staying for a month that is important. Overall cleanliness was good but the grout does need a good cleaning, ceiling fans need to be dusted along with the bathroom exhaust fan, and comforters and living room rug are looking somewhat worn. Had a problem with the coffee pots and Beachball properties were very attentive in getting us replacements. Check in /out instructions were easy. Overall nice experience- thanks - if only Mother Nature would cooperate!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The listing was exactly as described. The condo was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the property was nice and quiet! We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to book this condo again for another trip!

I would have given a perfect 5 stars but…
The accommodation was very clean on our arrival. I had to call management immediately because the carbon monoxide detector was beeping due to low battery. They didn’t show up until the next day, but that’s ok because I also had to report a non-working toaster, which they immediately replaced along with the battery. I would also like to suggest you upgrade the sectional as it was pretty worn out and uncomfortable for sitting on. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay and I would stay here again!

Great Beach Getaway
The unit was just like advertised. The beds were comfortable. Loved the balcony view. The beach was wonderful. The only downside was that we were close to the elevator. We could hear the elevator noise, but it was not bad.

Amazing except for the couch.
The rental was awesome except for the pull out couch. I do not recommend trying to sleep on it. It is not good. Everything else was amazing.
