BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: No parking pass required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great Stay at Graceful Palms!
This house was perfect for our group! It offered plenty of space for everyone and the location was perfect.We got plenty of use out the pool as well and loved the spacious backyard area.The only critique was the floors had not been mopped and were really dirty. I think the cleaner must have run out of time as she was there when we pulled up to the house. Overall though we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely use Beachball Properties again in the future. We had a wonderful experience.

Family Reunion
The house was exactly as promised! Kitchen well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. The elevator was a life-saver for grandpa. The pool is a gem! Unexpected bonus: lots of beach equipment and pool toys. So close to the public beach access. Highly recommend!!

Great house! Very spacious. A bathroom for each bedroom was great. Huge kitchen. The only downfall was that one of the refrigerators did not get very cold. Other than that, the location was great, pool was great and would definitely recommend this house!

Great house for a big family!
This house served the needs of our extended family very well. The pool is an outstanding feature and was much used because of jellyfish and extreme heat at the beach. The only suggestions I would make is to let people know there are some pool toys and beach items available because I rented things we really never used. There were similar things available at the house. There were also not enough mugs for morning coffee for the number of adults present which would be a cheap addition. Overall, a lovely property and a great place for your beach vacation! Thanks!

LOVED IT!!
We absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay. We had a large group of middle aged girlfriends who gathered together for a reunion and this house was PERFECT! We appreciated the kind note and the tub of M&Ms as a welcome gift. The ladies so enjoyed having their own bathrooms. It was spacious and beautiful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Comfortable for a crowd
This house is great for multiple couples and families. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has a large pantry for food storage. Being able to park in the shade and unload everything right at the elevator made arrival, departure, and grocery trips easy. We enjoyed our time at the pool. It would be great to have some shade by the pool. We brought our patio umbrella and base and also used a canopy for shade. The front balcony and chairs are nice for gathering for morning coffee. Our bathroom had a lot of stinky mold in the toilet and shower, which needs attention. The house is just across from the public beach access. This is a crowded beach, so be prepared to claim your spot early.
