Sleeper Sofa in Living Room
This one (1) bedroom, one (1) bath unit comfortably sleeps 4 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area has updated furniture, sofa, love seat and HDTV, and a private balcony to enjoy the beautiful gulf views. The Master comes with a King bed, HDTV, and share the hall/guest bathroom. The laundry closet can be found in the halfway. This is perfect for small families or a couples get away!
If you're looking for a place to stay for The Hangout Music Festival or The National Shrimp Festival, look no further because this unit is in the middle of the action!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: 1 Parking Pass per condo is available per condo. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Perfect Beach getaway
This beautiful condo was exactly as pictured and the location is the best in Gulf Shores! We could easily walk to many of the best eateries in the area and the beach was just steps away. Morning coffee on the balcony, listening to the surf, is just the way to start the day! Highly recommend BeachBall vacations and this unit in particular to all!

Liked having onsite persons available to take care of needs. Had a problem with air conditioner and they were there within minutes to fix it. Great place!

Only criticism
We didn't rest as much as we wanted to because it seemed the unit thermostat would not go below 70 at night. It seemed to go below 70 during the day but it was too warm sleeping almost like a limiting thermostat has been installed or Landlord Thermostat, as they're called also. For us, 70 is not cool enough and we were too warm. For this reason we would not rent the unit again most likely even tho it was a nice condo.

While excellent overall, guests should be prepared for a high sitting bed( we had to use a footstool to climb into) also I could not figure out how to have live tv on in living room, but we could with bedroom tv. But other than those 2 things this is a perfect condo for vacation!

Location was great!
The location facing the beach was fantastic. The condo layout was unique. We did kill a very large cockroach the 2nd night of our stay. Nothing else was found. Easy to walk to restuarants and shopping.

Perfect Condo!
This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. We absolutely loved the condo. The floor level was perfect for view and catching the elevator. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Stayed here for 3 nights -4 people. Perfect amount of space. Location was wonderful too. Walking distance to so many restaurants and fun places. We will definitely be back!!

Good...but not great.
In searching for a condo at Gulf Shores, we wanted a 1 bedroom. This was not a 1 bedroom. This was a large studio. The bedroom did not have a door. This was not explanied. The condo was clean...but not all the way clean. The vent in the bathroom was filthy. Dust hanging all over it. The kitchen was stocked sort of. Things were missing. A mixer with mixer blades. No rubber spatulas. This kitchen was just not fully stocked. 2 bath towels. 2 wash clothes. The furniture in the "bedrooom" was was too large for the space. Not enough room to get around the bed. The washer and dryer worked well. The pool was supposed to be open 7 am to 11pm. We were lucky if the pool was open by 9. The elevators were slow and nasty. The checkin lady was over worked and understaffed. She was wonderful but stressed. Great location but overall we felt we were mislead with the layout and paid for a 1 bwdroom and received a studio. The furinture in the living is okd and needs to be updated badly. We will not stay in this unit again.

The condo smelled terrible when we arrived and it wasn’t the cleanest. The patio door was left open so the air conditioner wasn’t on when we got there either. It took a while to cool off. There’s no door to the bedroom which I didn’t realize. Wasn’t terrible but wouldn’t stay here again

Very nice Condo with a Great Ocean View
The condo was great. It was nicer than expected! It looks just like the pictures! The location is perfect, steps from the beach with a great view as well as only a short walking distance from the Hangout! I Would recommend to anyone to book this Condo! We enjoyed our stay!

My only complaint was we had to pay $28.50 for parking and there was a huge cockroach in the room. Other than this everything was great.
