This house sleeps 13 comfortably. It is the perfect place to bring the extended family, large or multiple families, golf outings, reunions, church retreats and weddings! The whole south side of the house's panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood pool is just a few steps away from the front of the house. The beach is a very short walk away, down the pavement to the 200 yd boardwalk to the beach.
This area is such a quaint, family oriented place. Perfect for a quiet family getaway to the beach. Bike riding is a wonderful sport in this low density area and you can ride down to the Fort and take the Mobile Ferry over to Dauphin Island and visit that aquarium, Fort Gaines or just ride the wonderful bike paths on the island.
This Fort Morgan beach home is 19 miles west of Gulf Shores in "The Dunes" Subpision, across the street from Ft Morgan Marina were you can charter fishing boats, eat at the very popular Tacky Jack's restaurant, or visit the bar under the restaurant. Less than 7 miles away is Kiva Dunes, one of the nation's top rated public golf courses. Historic Ft Morgan and the Mobile Bay Ferry are approximately 1 mile away. Boat launch and marina are across Fort Morgan Road. Boardwalk takes you right onto the beach.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: _4 vehicles can park___ at this property. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The home was comfortable. The toaster does not work.The floors were very dirty.There were no towels in the kitchen. There was no instructions for tv useage and we could not connect to the wi fi at all. We had to use hot spots to connect.The fridge by the front door never shuts off. Just a heads up about the fridge.The walk to the beach is easy and the view is beautiful.Overall our stay was nice.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the location. The beaches were not overly crowded and house was just a short walk to the beach. The only con we’re the mosquitoes were bad so make sure to bring bug spray if you want to enjoy the evening sitting on the back deck!

Great Family Location
Great house, great location! This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores area. We had family coming from Houston and from Orlando so this was “halfway” for us to meet. We were nervous about staying in Ft Morgan instead of right in the middle of Gulf Shores. Boy were we lucky! This house was an easy one block walk to a beautiful beach. The beach was surprisingly not overcrowded, and very family oriented. The neighborhood was quiet with no traffic. The house was very spacious and had lots of room to gather for family games and meals. Our favorite spot was the large front porch to sit and watch the waves and boats go by. We would definitely come back here again!

My grandfather was unable to come to us for Christmas due to his health, so we came to him. This was a great place for a family to come together and make memories.

Family beach vacation
Nice location near beach. Plenty of room for family members of different ages. If you love the Fort Morgan area like we do, this property is a good option for reasoble price. Bedding, bathrooms, kitchen all were clean. General maintenance, however, doesn't seem to have been performed in some time. Carpets / walls need to be cleaned / painted. Not all smoke alarms were connected and deck needs maintenance. We had a great stay with a lovely view. Just be advised that there are some issues that need to be addressed.

Nice house for large family
This was a great house for our large family vacation. The proximity to the beach is great-just a short walk. It’s far out on Fort Morgan, but was nice because it wasn’t really busy. The house could use a good cleaning and the walls were scuffed up so it could use some fresh paint. The beach was beautiful. The pool was out of commission during our entire stay. This was upsetting because when I searched for a property on Vrbo, one of the things our family definitely wanted was a pool, and the posting indicated that the pool was directly across from the house (which would have been perfect if it had been opened). It was obvious that it had been out of commission for quite some time because it had a small amount of dirty water in the bottom that looked like it had been sitting for awhile. It would have been nice to be notified of this before we left instead of being disappointed upon arrival. There had been several storms in the area and there was a high ripe current warning. It would have been nice to be able to go to the pool during this time.

Disappointment
We have rented property all along the gulf for years. This was our first (and last) to Ft. Morgan. From the house needing a good deep cleaning & paint to various repairs (leaky faucets, shower curtains, rusted out grill, outdoor furniture falling apart, filty carpet etc.) there were baby cotton mouths in 2 columns on driveway. With 6 grandchildren under 7, we were forced to spend time indoors or on porch.

Awesome property!
The property was ideal for my family, 5 bedrooms with a veranda connected rendered of perfect views.However the actual property, the house needed a deep cleaning and a paint job. The walls were badly marred and dirty. Hopefully, it will get the care that it needs soon!

Overall cozy but needs work and a real cleaning crew
Upon arrival it was beyond filthy. We had to clean it. Pros,very cozy,two refrigeratos,spacious,loved master bathroom, cozy carpet,all kitchen needs were there,all beds are comfortable except the trundle beds they hurt my kids backs the two on the botttom, nice location,pool access close, loved the 3rd floor kitchen area,cons..smelt horrible when arrived,3rd, floor has a very strong moldy smell, Chunks of food on the floors, hair and food on the tables and stove. No screens on the back porch,most things have been like this for a while according to the book of experiences in the house,two drains were not draining,all fire alarms were not hooked up, food and prints all over the walls that came off with wipes we used,plug in socket in kitchen hanging off,blood on a bathroom wall,not many towels,the outside shower is broken, the outside needed grass cut badly and had dead fish on ground of back patio,no blinds on 3rd floor or the doors on main level,most blinds are broken and there were no comfortable table and chairs downstairs of patio or lights that worked on any floor outside. i called maintenance and sent pictures and told them all the problems,they came the next day to fix the drains,and fire alarms that's it. We had to clean on arrival because they were not going to have someone clean after we un packed.

Great home to vacation in
We really enjoyed our stay at the clubhouse. It was a short walk to the beach and the community pool was right across the street. We were a large group of two families with children of all ages and there was plenty of room. Everyone had a great time.

Great Escape!!
We booked this property for my 30th birthday party and traveled from Texas! We had a group of 10 adults and 2 dogs, the owners of the property kindly allowed our dogs even though they were about 10lbs over their weight limit rules. The home offers lots of open space and a great back porch (it is partially screened)! We brought a citronella candle and had zero issues with mosquitoes as others have stated in their reviews. The pool is literally across the street and the beach is about a 3-5 minute walk! Unfortunately the winds were too high during our stay to enjoy much of the beach, so we spent a lot of time at the house and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The home provides a very spacious place to hangout with lots of bedrooms and balconies ! If you plan to stay more than a couple of days, bring extra TP, papertowels and laundry/dish soap. There are lots of cups, dishes, cooking pans and even a blender in the cabinets, which was very nice!! I would 100% stay here again in the future ! Zero complaints !

Great place to stay!!!
We stayed at this house with two families. We had kids ranging from age 5-13. There were 11 of us total. This house was most definitely spacious enough for this size group. We felt like we had more than enough space to hang out and separate when needed! Everything was clean and ready when we got there. The walk to the beach is not far at all. The beach itself is well maintained and not overly crowded. For littles that may want a break from the beach, the community pool is right across the street from the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing but needs some updates
The house was relaxing and great for our families with children. We were disappointed in the screened it porch that was broken because the mosquitoes were awful. We would have loved to spend more time enjoying the porch. The WiFi was super slow. The overall house was nice but needs some minor fixes, such as towel and toilet paper holders.
