• Each guest will receive two (2) parking passes included in the reservation. Parking under the building is reserved for owners only, guests must park in the lot.
• During peak season (April to mid-October), one vehicle may park in the lot, and the second can park across the street in overflow parking.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King Bed
Sleeper Sofa in Living Room
Boardwalk 284 is deep in the heart of Gulf Shores. Head down to the snow-white sands out back to build a castle, snorkel in the Gulf, or just sunbathe with your feet up!
The salt-tinged air will stream into the living room from the balcony. With plenty of seating and a trundle sofa, you will never have to worry about finding a soft spot to land. There is a flatscreen tv to meet your entertainment goals after a long day in the sun.
The open-floor plan makes the unit feel much more fluid. The kitchen and quaint seating table and bench are directly off of the living area. Fully functional and coastal chic, the kitchen is stocked with stainless steel, built-in appliances to benefit the vacation-designated chef!
Off of the kitchen is a full-sized washer and dryer closet. No need to leave the comfort of this condo for laundry needs.
The sea-shell adorned master bedroom is the perfect place to escape after a walk along the shore or a dip at the complex's large pool. There is a mounted flatscreen tv and entertainment cabinet with extra drawers for storage. The connected bathroom has a bath and tub shower combo, along with a one-sink vanity.
What did you really come to the island for? The views! The balcony highlights some of the most stunning sunsets and sunrises. There is patio seating as well. Bring your camera because you won't want to miss capturing the turquoise scenery.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) passes allowed for this unit. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Overall the condo was fabulous for my husband and I. The only complaint we had was the shower head was outdated therefore took forever to shower due to the low pressure.

Great condo, great experience
This condo was perfect for our little family vacation. Centrally located, easy beach and pool access and all the amenities we needed! Will definitely be returning to Boardwalk for our next beach vacation!

Boardwalk 284
Perfect Location. Condo needs some updates to the bathroom. Terrible water pressure. Door to the balcony doesn't want to shut and lock. In fact it was open when we checked in. The washer and the dishwasher were very loud. There weren't many extra's in the kitchen. Just bare minimum. No cleaning supplies whatsoever. Internet was horrible. Couldn't even watch TV without it freezing every few minutes.

This unit was great for my husband and I. It is close to good food and shopping. The beach is easily accessible. The unit is as advertised.

Great location/bad furniture
The location and cleanliness was great. The only problem we had was with how uncomfortable all of the furniture was. The couch and chair in the living room look like they have been there since 1998. There’s nowhere comfortable to sit in the living room. The king bed was not the best either…

Nice Stay
The location, 2nd floor with easy access to the beach, was great! The time spent walking the beach and soaking up some sunshine while reading a book was wonderful. It is a one bedroom so it met our expectations, size-wise. The furniture was uncomfortable and the bed was also. I would recommend a sheet with instructions on how to access some of the tv functions. We figured it out but it could have been easier with a brief explanation. A better mix of nicer furniture would have made this a five star setup.

Good But Needs Updates
Overall good. Disappointed in main bed. Definitely need a new mattress because each side has been slept on so much you sleep in a cavity. The end of the bed is the same from people sitting on it. The plastic chair on the patio has a broken arm. Just needs a good updating! Fine for what we needed

Just what we needed
We were very pleased with our rental at the Boardwalk in Gulf Shores. It’s right next to Sea and Suds, my favorite oyster bar. The unit was super-easy to access: right next to the elevator, and the keypad made it very convenient to get back in without worrying about losing a key. The no-noise after 10 pm rule was enforced, and they had very friendly doormen to answer questions and help with parking. Emails were sent as promised with checkin instructions too. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole process, and we can’t wait to go back!

Lovely property. Delightful furnishings and happy feel. Clean, cool, comfortable and right on the beach. Cleaner than most hotels! Easy access and good parking. I went solo and had a fabulous time. Perfect. I will be back

Great location and view, not the cleanest upon arrival
We stayed here for a weekend in August and had a great time. The condo is in a great location and close to many shops and restaurants. Upon arrival we found some of the silverware and cooking utensils as well as some of the cups were dirty. Also we found the bed in the master bedroom to be so stiff and uncomfortable we had to sleep on the trundle bed or couch. There was no secondary lock on the front door which is not a huge deal but, would have made us feel better to have something more than the electronic lock over night.

Great for couples!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary. It was a small unit, but perfect for just 2 people. We saw all kinds of wildlife each day. The check in/out process was easy and the property management company was very accommodating.

Great Condo
The condo was small, but perfect size for us! The decor was so cute and beachy themed. The bed and furniture were really comfortable. Great location! Sea n Suds restaurant is right next door, and there is a convenience type store and souvenir shop right across the street. We loved our stay and had a great time
