With an open floor feeling, the living room stretches into a dining area that seats (8) and kitchen bar that accommodates (2) guests.
This pristine white and cobalt blue kitchen boasts state-of-the art built-in appliances and a stand-alone island for all of your cooking needs! RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 parking passes available for this property. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This will be our place to stay every time
The location of this condo was awesome. Right across the street from a Dollar Store and less than a mile from a Wal Mart Neighborhood Market. The rooms were very spacious and the layout is great for families. The Master Bedroom is in the back and the guest rooms are in the front. So you won't here your kids playing if you decide to sleep in. The kitchen was great with marble counter tops. Lots of appliances for cooking. It had a walk around balcony and the view was incredible. The only bad thing was that they remodeling and were working on the condo right next door so that was a little bit of a distraction. But overall this was an awesome place to stay and we will be back to stay there every year! LOVED IT!!!

Not what we booked
We booked 5 months in advance a lovely corner condo with a wrap around balcony with every amenity you can imagine. 19 days before we were to arrive beachball properties called to say it would be under construction and sent me 3 lack luster options to move to, non where comparable in our opinion but it was too close to time and frankly I was too busy with work to start looking for somewhere else to stay. We stayed at the seaside beach and racquet club, which was also under construction! Lots of early morning noise. The condo wasn’t horrible, I was at the beach, but we had wall tiles falling down, the dish tv never did work right. They had to send people to work on both of these things, and all of this with no discount from the original price for the much nicer unit we were moved from. I won’t use them again. I will go back to Brett Robinson.

Great condo with a fantastic view! Would recommend to everyone!
Our family had a great time in this condo! It was very clean and updated. Our whole family stayed the week with kids from ages 8 months, 8 years old and all the way to 21 and everyone had a great time! It's right on the beach and has plenty of local shops and places to eat nearby. I did read in previous reviews some people complaining about the mattresses. The mattress in the master bedroom is firm but I have a lot of lower back issues and I slept great and it never bothered me so that wasn't an issue. We would recommend this condo to everyone and we will be coming back to stay soon!

The property was very nice. The unit we stayed in was nice. Mattresses were very hard on all beds and there was mold on floor of master shower. The view was beautiful on the balcony. The pools were great and very clean. The beach access was great. Everyone had a great time!

Wonderful
Everything about the condo building and unit was wonderful. I can't wait to go back next year! The balcony and it's furniture was probably my favorite part of the unit and the super comfy glider chairs in living room. Kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with all we needed. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. A great stay with fantastic memories made!

Great Condo with tons of space!
The condo was great, beach was beautiful, and management company responsive. Most condos are very cramped for space, this one was very spacious and updated. We look forward to staying here again.

What a view!
We had a great week at Bluewater. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. The condo was nice and clean(other than a little sand here and there), but that was to be expected. We had our group of 8 and it fit all of comfortably. The mattresses could use an upgrade but overall did the trick. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed was right there! We rented a beach package for the week through Gulf Coast Rentals and was very affordable. They even dropped off and picked up!! A must try when there is the Cactus Cantina across the street..you will not be disappointed. We ate there more than once lol. Having a candy/ice cream place across the street was bonus. Would definitely return in the future. You really can’t go wrong with this place.
