Located in the heart of Savannah's Victorian District, this six bedroom manor, two story home offers tons of charm! The quintessential large Southern porch is an ideal spot from which to watch the day roll by. On each floor, you'll find a formal dining room that is open to the fully-equipped kitchens. Whoever is the cook in the family will enjoy having a gas stove, and an ample amount of counter space to prepare meals! The stylishly appointed living spaces offers comfortable seating, flatscreen televisions, and a decorative fireplace that is original to the home.
Down the hall of each apartment you'll find the guest bedrooms, three upstairs and three downstairs. Conveniently located between the bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with a shower and tub combination, plus washer and dryer can be found. Downstairs, The first room offers a queen size bed, with a spacious closet for your belongings, and an original fireplace. Toward the back of the home guests can locate the primary bedroom that features a comfortable King size bed, an abundant amount of natural light, and access to the porch. Opposite of the primary bedroom, the third bedroom is fitted with a queen! Head upstairs, and find that the three bedrooms all feature queen beds, with an identical layout as downstairs.
Just a block away from historic Forsyth Park, there is nothing you can’t reach from this home on foot. Visit Sentient Bean at the south end of the park to see how the locals like their morning coffee and stroll through the park! A few minutes' walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city. Take the scenic route through downtown's beautiful squares, and grab a bite to eat along the way.

Amazing trip
This was the perfect place for my group of friends to have a vacation together. This house was lovely! The location was amazing and we had absolutely the best time. I wouldn’t be able to think of anything negative to say. Property owners were great in answering any questions leading up to the trip and we had no issues throughout our stay. We had an absolutely wonderful time

Girls family getaway
Worked perfectly for the six of us. Within walking distance of things we wanted to do and see. Only issue was figuring out the combination locks on the front doors. Property managers had to come show us how.

Not a great experience
I would not recommend this property. When we got there, we realized that it was actually two apartments that were not connected internally. This would have been fine, except one of the apartments was disgusting and uncleaned. When I called, the woman was very nice and told me we would be refunded one night's cost. Unfortunately, because of the lack of availability of one bathroom, we missed our dinner reservation. When I talked to the guest experience coordinator, she was only able to refund me 150 dollars. Overall, I understand mistakes happen and things are missed. The management of the situation is what bothers me even more- the refund barely covers our missed reservation charge. Overall, with all the lovely properties in Savannah, I would say skip this and book something else!
