You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

This unique basement apartment offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The four bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment for a quiet night's rest and have wall-mounted Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance. Want to spend an evening in? Take the stairs from the third floor to the building’s rooftop deck with outdoor dining tables, corn-hole, lounge chairs, two gas grills, cafe lights and gorgeous views of Savannah!

very good Perfect location !! rooftop needed some updating furniture wise . entrance code was incorrect but it was fixed quickly overall great stay

A Graduation Weekend I loved that we could enter from the outside, however we were in the basement and heard water running through the pipes. We had elders in our group so the stairs were too much for them. No windows and no balcony. So good place to eat, sleep, and be in the social district, but not to hangout in the loft. The rooftop was awesome, great views and vibes. Will I stay again, not were we were located in the building, it felt like a renovated office building converted into a dormitory for college kids vs the mature crowd.
