Apart of a Historic Victorian Home, this top-floor apartment accommodate up to eight Lucky guests in Savannah’s Victorian District. The eclectic touches appear in the textiles and fixtures, which creates a modern feel to this stately home. Just steps to Forsyth Park, this impressive three-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your Savannah vacation!
Recently renovated, this second floor apartment has a private entrance, original hardwood floors, and extensive millwork throughout. Bay windows fill the spacious living room with natural light. You’ll have plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, so you can plan out your day or just enjoy drinks and conversation. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal at home. The formal dining room sits just off of the gathering room, overlooking the beautiful live oak trees covered in Spanish Moss.
The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room, separated by pocket doors, and features a Queen bed, decorative fireplace, and smart television. The second spacious bedroom features two Queen beds, and a wall-mounted TV. The stylish third bedroom has a Queen bed, a chaise lounge chair, wall-mounted TV and spacious closet. The full bathroom features the original, refinished claw foot tub/shower, with a small powder room just next to it.
Head out to the back of the home down the stairs to find shared patio space that offers seating for four, and a gas grill - perfect for those summer evening cookouts!
Just two blocks from Forsyth Park, you’ll be ideally located to enjoy the Forsyth Farmers Market on Saturdays. Grab some coffee from the Sentient Bean or try lunch at Savannah's well-known Colin's Quarter in the park. This home is walking distance to the bustling city district and Starland district, but perfect for those who want to be located on the more quiet side of town.

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Excellent rental… would definitely book again
Rental is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Neighborhood is very quiet. Location is perfect if you are a walker or have a car/willing to use Uber. The only suggestion I would have is for the backyard. The area was not very appealing for sitting outdoors.

Awesome home near Forsyth Park
This home was as described and is situated in a great neighborhood. Only one tweak is recommended- the claw foot tub needs a slip- prevention pad and bars could be placed on the wall to allow for safe in and out.

It is lucky
First time to Savannah, such a charming place with the old American buildings. Where we stayed was really beautiful with the charming of old American homes. It was an upstairs unit. Stairs are a little much but okay. Just if you add more hangers and more units with drawers will complete the unite to the perfection. Thank you.

Great space
Everything was great the apartment was so beautiful. Only thing I think it could use is some window coverings on thr windows that are across from the other apartments. Unfortunately maybe a quiet time should be established since it is an upstairs apartment.
