The kitchen sits just on the other side, where you'll have plenty of room to prepare meals and a brew a fresh pot of local coffee! You can enjoy your meals, or morning cup of joe at the bistro set in the kitchen, or the private courtyard that sits behind the home.
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with comfortable furnishings. The first bedroom sits at the front of the home, boasts with natural light, offers a queen size bed, and ample closet space. Gorgeous Savannah Property
Absolutely loved our time at this property. So close to everything - only needed an Uber to and from the airport. The property is very on theme with the Savannah style. Cannot wait to come back!

Lovely row house in Savannah
We enjoyed this lovely, small row house located near historic Savannah neighborhoods. Parking was free and easy, which is helpful because we frequently drove for dining and to see the main sights of the city. The house was comfortable, and the back patio adds another dimension. All the essentials were provided, though a starter supply of coffee and filters would have been a welcome extra! All together, this house, just footsteps from Forsyth Park is a great base for visiting Savannah.

Wonderful stay ion Savannah
The rental was excellent - wonderful location - one minute walk to Forsyth Park where there’s a great restaurant for morning coffee and breakfast/lunch. Walk to downtown or take free bus service. Beautiful architecture, lots of music and restaurants. Pedestrian friendly and lots of dogs!! (A bonus). The condo was extremely comfortable, clean, quiet. Lovely back patio. You can’t go wrong with this place. We’d rent again and will recommend to others.

Great townhome quiet location
Very spacious and clean 2 floor townhome. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located across from Forsyth park. Easy walk to Broughton street for restaurants and bars as well as to the river for more options. We stay in Savannah 3-4 times a year and this was definitely top 2 of the VRBOs we have stayed at. Rental company was easy and very communicative. Highly recommend this!

Charming and close proximity
The 2 story house was comfortable and well decorated. It’s a Lovely place 1 block off Forsyth Park. It was an easy walk to downtown locations via Bull Street through the various squares. Or it was convenient to ride the free shuttle. Belatedly we learned of a real-time app for following the shuttle along its route as well as a city sponsored free Uber-like service within the historic district after 5 pm.

Savannah Charm
The property was a perfect set up for my family and located within a block of Forsyth Park, that is historical and hopping with activities! It was within walking distance to River Street and all the shops and restaurants. We look forward to returning.

Perfect location by Forsyth Park
Great location within walking distance of everything in Savannah's historic district. Lot's of restaurants within a 10 to 20 minute walk. I have to admit that I live in a house and was very surprised at how easy it was to hear people talking outside. If a couple or group of people were walking by, you could hear every word if you in the front rooms. Fortunately, both units next to this were unoccupied. There was a very nice couple that I met that had just purchased the townhouse next door. They were inside their property talking about their plans of doing some remodeling and how they were going to decorate and what type of furniture would work. You could hear them talking as well. Don't get me wrong, they weren't loud so it was muffled. If you are used to this then it shouldn't be a problem and to be fair I live surrounded by a park so I don't hear much noise. I was disturbed that it said that you couldn't use the courtyard after 10 PM but now I understand due to how easily it is to hear other people talking. All of that being said, I would definitely rent this property again. It felt like going home.
