Savannah stay
Had plumbing issues almost immediately but the property manager got us in a different location for the second night. Love Savannah and that area near Forsyth Park. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the courtyard out back but it was a good place for one night.

Great Location
The location was great and the accommodations were very good. One problem was the WIFI. It was very slow and would not load pages on the phone. This made it difficult to plan our days.

Savannah - Chatham Square
Perfect spot on Chatham Square, Basement apartment was quiet and cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway. Cocktails in the garden after dinner seemed quintessential Savannah.

Excellent location, minor inconveniences
We loved our stay in this cute basement apartment in historic downtown Savannah. It was close to everything we wanted to see! We had very minor issues—no can opener, only one trash bag provided, some mustiness, and the floors seem to need a deep clean. But these issues were minor. We would recommend this apartment to anyone! The mustiness wasn’t noticeable after the first day, but I do think a dehumidifier would be smart. The couch also isn’t comfy. But these didn’t detract from our overall stay. Honestly, the worst part was no can opener! 😂 When we had an issue and needed to call the management company, they were kind, swift in response, and fixed the issue promptly. Also—private parking is a lucky find in Savannah! The ice maker in the freezer was an unexpected bonus too, and the ice was crystal clear.

Not quite the right place for us
My wife and I recently had a wonderful five night stay in lovely Savannah. Our rental proved to be in a great location within a couple of very short blocks from Forsyth Park. Savannah is beyond beautiful! We rented Canterbury Garden Apartment through Lucky Savannah. Our garden apartment was well appointed with well thought out furniture, wall coverings, bedding, and kitchen appliances. However, and there IS a however. When we first stepped into the Canterbury Garden Apartment we were bowled over with an intense musty oder. I do mean intense, to the point where we thought we would not be able to stay even one night. However stay we did. We opened the front and side door for a time to help ventilate. We also turned the HVAC system to fan only for the entire stay. By the end of our five night stay, much, but certainly not all, of the musty oder had dissipated. My wife and I both recommend that the source of the smell be discovered and dealt with prior to future rentals. The space has potential, but some work is required to make it habitable.

Basement Condo - Mold in Shower
We booked this pretty late for the holidays. We're elderly and there were many challenges: Gate code from parking spot didn't work; Security lock box for deadbolt key hidden; Recessed Main entrance includes raised bricks making entry challenging; MOLD in shower.

Great spot (included parking major plus)
Great location for me and my partner for a week getaway from Atlanta! The location was walkable to many things and the unit had all the amenities we need. Very clean unit and looked as advertised. The unit is darker with minimal overhead lighting ( lots of lamps) so I could see how one bulb being out would make a difference. During our stay we didn't have any upstairs neighbors until the last night, it's an older building so you can hear your upstairs neighbors. Designated parking was a MAJOR plus. Overall great trip and would stay again !

Such a cute place!
This place was super cute and Tucked away and hidden in the most unique way. It’s right in the heart of the downtown historical district, easily accessible to all the main areas you would want to visit. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and living room area and bathrooms had everything you needed. The bathroom is on the small side but it provided for everything you needed. Loved the feeling of how old and historical it felt when you walked in. And the kitchen overlooks a cute outside area in the back where we were able to sit and drink coffee in the mornings. It was quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this place!

After 8 years, very disappointing
The lights above the bathroom sink did not work, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, one bedside table lamp had a broken switch and had to be unplugged, another table light was burned out. The internet only worked in the bedroom, nowhere else. The cushions on an outside bench were torn and the stuffing was coming out. Overall, very disappointing, which is too bad, because it's a great location, and one we have stayed at many times since 2014.
