Stay just Northwest of Forsyth Park and within walking distance to all of Savannah's shopping, dining, and attractions. Two Lucky guests will call this quaint cottage home - fit with a master bedroom and full kitchen.

Enter through the courtyard off Whitaker Street and into your peaceful oasis. Cobb's Cottage is the ground-level carriage apartment behind a Savannah manor. Walk into the main living area with ample places to kick back and relax. A full kitchen with range and refrigerator provides the essentials needed for a quick meal. The primary bedroom boasts a Queen size bed with luxury-grade linens and en suite full bath.

Head due East and grab brunch with the locals at Clary's Cafe. Stop into ShopSCAD and nearby retailers in the Downtown Design District to take home a Savannah souvenir. Just a short walk North will lead you further into the charming historic district.

What is parking like for this home?
This unit has on-street, metered parking which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 5pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Parking & Mobility Services Office. All of that information is included in our confirmation email sent upon booking.

Cozy and comfortable - perfect for a couple. The unit is a street level flat and very conveniently located adjacent to Forsyth Park in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it was nice to use the kitchen for breakfasts and snacks. The on street parking was no problem at all. Everyone we met was friendly and courteous. We will be back and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location My sister and I were in Savannah for three nights. This VRBO was perfect for us. We were next to Forsyth park and could walk to Bay st and River st. We found street parking easily and bought the two day parking pass at the Savannah parking office. The bed was comfortable and we had enough room to spread out. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect location! We loved our carriage house! The location is perfect - we walked or biked everywhere. Being so close to Forsyth Park is a real plus. The host, Chris, is great! He gave us ideas on things to do and parking. We loved Savannah - we hope to be back and stay in this charming place again!

Overall great accommodations! Very nice except for the blinds in the bedroom. Evidently someone’s pup had chewed them and there were spaces you could see through! However I still felt very safe because of the location and long term residents all around. When I decided not to bring my dog (because of the rainy weather) they immediately refunded the pet fee. I had a few questions checking in but when I emailed and called they immediately responded. Maybe place an instruction book in the unit about locking the door when you leave and where to place the trash. But it was a great stay and lucky Savannah does a great job!

Savannah Historic District Bungalow The location is great. Communications from the property manager were clear and accurate. Being a first-floor property on a busy thoroughfare meant the blinds were always drawn, making the apartment fairly dark. The condition of the bungalow, while functional, is worn and would benefit from a refresh.

great location We enjoyed our stay in Savannah, the location is perfect to walk your pets in the park, shops nearby and a very easy walk to many restaurants. The bedding was nice and comfortable, the unit needs some TLC and could use some updates. Overall for the two of us and our dog it was fine.

This is a perfectly located charming rental We were very pleased with the accuracy of the description and photos of this cozy vacation rental. We were traveling with a small well behaved dog and pets are welcome here. The unit is the lower level of the carriage house of a much larger historic home built in 1861 facing the Forsyth park. There is a very pleasant view of a fountain and stairway courtyard. The furnishings are comfortable and appropriate for the unit. Bring your log on credentials for the large TV. Most apps are avaiable but you'll need to use your own subscriptions. This location is central to many histrical sites and attractions within the city of Savannah. Many places of interest are well within walking distance. Forsyth park and it's famous fountain are 50 feet from the front door. Fans of "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" will be delighted with the proximity to the Mercer-Williams house it's half a block north of the front door. Downtown Savannah, the riverside entertainment area and Leopold's Ice Cream are a 25 minute walk away. The unit including kitchen is fully furnished with everything one would need. If you plan on cooking your own meals There is a Kroger grocery store about 10 minutes walk away. In summary we were very comfortable here and rarely without something to do in Savannah. Our stay was almost three weeks and we left with a few things on our to do list. We will definitely return to Savannah and would happily stay at this location again. (The low comminucation mark is for the management company. There were several items related to cleaning and laundry that were not communicated to us.)
