This beautifully renovated, premier corner unit condo at Pelican Beach Resort has commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico from two sides and every room. So Good!
We had the best vacation! The condo views are amazing! I sat on the balconies (2 of them!!) every time I came to the room. Plenty of room for my family of 5. The kids loved the arcade game in their room! We will return!

Beautiful view
Loved this place. Felt bad not bringing the kids as I know they would have loved it. The Ms Pac-Man machine would have made their vacation. We enjoyed playing it one night. Would definitely come back to this unit. My only complaint was the bed was very firm. It was a very nice mattress just not my preference. Everything else was great

Beautiful condo/Amazing view
Condo check in was very easy. The kitchen is stocked with everything and anything you would need. we loved the cooking pans… Furniture is comfortable and all updated. The beds were super comfy. The Pac-Man game in the kids room was a blast for all ages. Each balcony had tons of seating, which was nice in the morning and evening. The wash machines are great and brand new front loads. Our water heater didn’t work the first night and Michael came with a brand new one!! Great communication with Micheal and David…answered every time!! The location is great! Loved the vacation and would definitely come again!’

We had a wonderful two week stay at this condo. The views were amazing. Sunrise from your bed and sunset from another balcony. The pools and hot tubs were very relaxing. The beach seems to go on forever. There is plenty to do in the area. When renting this unit it is exactly as described.

Fantastic Gulf Front Condo
The Condo was Amazing, best view ever! Kitchen was fully stocked to cook anything. Living room had a large seating area. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved staying here. We will book this condo again. Thanks for a Great vacation!

Not a lot of grace for this place
An hour before check out time our code stopped working on the door. Thirty minutes before check out, the cleaners showed up. We were told there’s a strict no early check in policy, and were threatened more than once with a 30$ per 15 minutes over check out fine. Our check in code didn’t work so we actually checked in late. The top two bunks had sand in them when we got here but we were told in four different communications that we would be charged an extra cleaning fee for sand in the room. The elevators were out of order most of the stay, the kitchen only has tools in it, not a single other thing so calling it fully stocked is crazy. I usually extend grace to the places we stay, but this place sent so many emails and texts about what we would be fined for if we didn’t clean the place only to show up and it was kind of filthy. The showers had mold in them. There was chocolate splattered on a door. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Summer Vacation
The condo (1201)was clean and decorated really nice.The views of the beach from the unit are beautiful.The amenities pools hot tub and tiki bar are great.Beach is beautiful and water colors are really pretty. There are not many shells to be found in this area.We felt like there were to many umbrellas blocking the water view while on the beach. While most of them were not being occupied.Overall beautiful place!

What an Amazing Experience!
We recently stayed in this condo for our first ever family vacation to Destin. The condo was the perfect amount of room for our family of 3, amazing view of the ocean and beach front, and close to everything you would need or want on a vacation! We have an amazing family experience and will be back!

Memorial Day vacay
Spent a long weekend here to celebrate the holiday and school being out. We did experience intermittent AC issues that took some time to be fixed. We live in Florida and didn't count on a small condo to not be cool, but we spent a lot of time less comfortable than preferred.

Was just as the property description and photos show
It was our first trip to Destin, Florida, and we stayed in the best condo in the best area of bustling Destin! After driving nearly 20 hours over 2 days to Destin from land-locked Omaha, Nebraska, we were VERY excited to reach the ocean-front area and stay in this very neat hip condo on the 12th floor of a nicely maintained resort -- very modern and clean and nicely decorated condo with great furniture and comfy beds. Communication with property owner before, during and after was both effortless and timely. Before I booked this property, I reviewed TONS and TONS of Destin condo properties facing the Gulf, but none compared to this one!! The two balconies of this property truly provide panoramic views of the beach and Gulf -- exactly like the crystal blue/emerald coast images show!! This has to be one of the best views from a well-appointed and well-taken-care-of condo on this strip! Felt very safe due to the security checkpoint when entering/exiting the property, and great covered and non-covered parking nearby. Wonderful 5-day stay at this property, and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat in the future! Thanks for making our first trip to Destin so welcoming and accommodating!

No issues. Great views. Very clean. Negative was the main balcony couldn’t be accessed due to construction. Before booking it stated construction would be completed or I would have booked someplace else so we could have accessed the balcony. It being the first time to the ocean and wanting that experience of oceanfront view and not just through a glass.

A great place to stay! View was spectacular!
This resort is close to everything. Restaurants, arcade, putt-putt, etc. We would have enjoyed it more if the weather is good but that is Mother Nature. The only complaint I have was on the first we were there we were awaken by sounds of pressure washer and that went on all day. Most of the time we can’t go to the balcony to see the view of the beach because we can smell the cigarette smoke coming from the top. Other than that the place is immaculate!! We would stay there again!
