Our recently updated and inviting, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has new furniture and is located on the 2nd floor. Enjoy fishing at the private lake or splash away in one of the 3 pools. This gated community is in the heart of Destin, sitting on 26-acres with a lake in the middle of the property. Amenities include 2 tennis & pickleball courts, walking bridge over the lake, picnic and barbecue areas.
After a long day in the sun, return to a place you can call your own that is clean and spacious with tiled and wood floors throughout. The open floor plan is great for entertaining and allows for everyone to converse throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite counters and plenty of cabinet space. The dining room table has seating for (4) with lots of natural light, brightness & warmth throughout the space.
The living room features a large 58” flat screen TV with a comfy queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and chair, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies or play games. The sliding glass door off the dining room offers a private balcony to sit outside & enjoy a great book while overlooking the fountain in the lake and community pool.
The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and offering a Mr. Coffee and Keurig for your brewing pleasure. The dining room table offers seating for (4). Community charcoal grills and picnic areas are located throughout the community courtyard. The laundry room off the dining room offers a full-size washer & dryer.
The primary Guest Bedroom has a king bed and features a 43” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet and comfy beach motif bedding. The guest bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a vanity, step-in shower/tub combo and private water closet. The second Guest Bedroom has (2) twin beds, 32” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and large double-sided closet.
Stroll ¾ mile to the June Decker Public Beach Access to enjoy the sugar-white sand between your toes & admire the crystal-clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D! If you choose to retire from building sandcastles, return to the neighborhood pool which is 30 steps from the front door or go out on an adventure to enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shopping, water sports, & entertainment, all within walking distance.

Quiet Area - Close to Everything
We really enjoyed our stay. The area was very quiet. The condo was clean and well supplied. The bed was very comfortable and the unit felt very spacious. It was nice to have the balcony to sit out enjoy.

Comfortable and nicely decorated
My stay at Gulf Terrace was great. Clean, comfortable beds, close to everything. It was too cold for me to try the pool and I didn't have time to walk to the beach but the condo itself was very nice. Neighbors were quiet and walls were thick. Only thing i didn't like was that the door is security code only. No deadbolt or secondary locking mechanism. It felt safe enough but i would have preffered another lock.

Golden Girls Review
What an awesome experince of 3 women in mid 60’s relaxing. 1sy it rained but we got a lightning show from balcony as we ate breakfast. Spent most of our time indulging in the sun and seafood. We were satisfied with our experience.

Amazing!!!
Everything was nice and clean and organized as far as the inside the condo. It was a bit confusing when first arriving because the numbering of condos were a bit strange as far as the order they were in. I feel like the numbers of the buildings should be placed in both front and back of the building cause it would have made things much easier to find. But overall the experience was great. Location is amazing because you are literally near everything there is to do. I’ll definitely be back😊

The condo itself was so cute and roomy. We enjoyed it so much! We had a small inconvenience the first night but stuff happens and everyone was super sweet and fixed it right away! Will definitely be booking through this company again next year!!!!!

This was the best airb&b experienced ive ever had, and ive rented a few home away from home before, they had the amenities and easy comfort that i could have imagine in that condo, i would say that was a class A accommodation and would recommend any and all of my friends to try this company, I'm coming back next year for sure.

Don't Stay Here
This property needs updating. The pool areas are run down and a lot of the condo buildings need work. For Destin to be a beautiful beach town, this place is an eye sore. The unit itself was nice upon entry but as we tried to unpack it was becoming clear the place had not been cleaned or maintained. Dirty dishes and cabinets, broken drawers, broken window shades, broken towel racks, hair (not ours), wood rot on patio, dusty surfaces and the list goes on.
