It's only a 3 minute drive to Palafox Street, where you'll find abundant restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and art galleries. From there, enjoy a short drive over the bay bridge to access beautiful Pensacola Beach. We routinely clean thoroughly. No pets! Must be 25 YRS or older to book

Staycation
My wife and I made the short drive from Destin to attend the annual Blue Angels show. Property is near downtown, which was great for restaurants and shopping. Comfy bed and soft towels, very clean and well stocked with the basics. Would recommend some folding chairs to enjoy the grill and fenced in backyard. Only downside was a barking dog next door late night, but nothing the owners can do about that. We would stay again! Thanks.

Parade day/night out
Myself and four of my friends who are part of the Krewe of Daisy Dukes had a parade scheduled for downtown. We booked this cute little house as the perfect place to get ready for the parade due to the great location downtown. As with most neighborhoods in a downtown area you will have a nice home and the "not so nice" homes right next to each other but do not let that worry you. We sat out on the front lawn in our chairs into the late hours of the night and never once felt unsafe. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and did I mention the location?! LOL Very clean, super cute home. The owner was nice enough to let us check in early so that we could prepare for our parade and get ready for load up which was a huge help and was greatly appreciated. If I had to give any suggestion whatsoever it would have been nice to of had chairs or a nice sitting area in the back yard to be able to relax and hang out. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great location in the downtown Pensacola area.

Three spacious bedroom is what family of five appreciate most. Good capacity washing/drying machine makes laundry fast. Kitchen has everything , so you can cook. There is Family Dollar store in 2 minutes drive near and Publix grocery store 10 min away. And there is famous, fresh caught fish, huge market Joe Patti's Seafood couple minutes away, on the shore. Thank you for the stay!

Little hidden gem
Pulling up to the small and unassuming property you wouldn’t expect it to be so spacious inside, so homey and well stocked. The beds were cozy and everything was light and bright. There was an issue with a pillowcase that had some old stains on it. They were old and faded so you could tell that it had been washed. When I asked the owner for another pillowcase, they responded quickly, were apologetic and made sure we had a replacement as quickly as possible. My only somewhat negative comment is the property is in an area that is mixed between nice new properties and others that are in need of repair. We didn’t encounter any issues though. My husband did have to lock some windows that weren’t secured and had to work hard to get the kitchen window to latch due to settling of the house. These aren’t things that would make me not visit again. Overall very satisfied!
