2 bed 2 bath adorable townhome that's light, airy & quiet! Fully renovated open living/dining/kitchen space and 2 private bedrooms with KING beds! There is also a peaceful, shaded backyard with large deck and grill for your enjoyment. The home is 2 miles away from UF and hospitals and walking distance to Archer road for all of your needs! Centrally located to 75! Approx. 30 minutes from Ginnie Springs and all its beauty! Close to archer road and lots of restaurants, shopping and amenities! The backyard is private and quiet also! The entire home, two parking spaces and a fenced in backyard I try to be extremely responsive and prompt to answer your questions as fast and as best as possible so you have ease of communication! Pet-friendly for an additional cleaning fee of $40!

UF visit My husband and I were visiting our son at UF for the weekend. Great space and nice quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed and stocked kitchen made for an enjoyable stay.

Very Nice Clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. Close to amenities but neighbor's dog barked continuously for several hours and upon return had extremely loud 'bass thumping' music...late in the evening. Good communication with owner and very helpful. Overall, good stay.

Comfortable stay for humans and dogs Kate has done an amazing job with decorating her place so that you feel like it is a home away from home. It was comfortable for both humans and our dogs. I love the easy access to the backyard (which is private and fully fenced). The separate bedrooms with bathrooms was wonderful for privacy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had a wonderful time and would recommend your place! Thank you!

UF visit Quiet area. Fully stocked kitchen and baths. Came to visit our college student and it was a short drive to campus.

Family memorial stay Our trip was to get together with family for our mom’s memorial. It was an emotional weekend but staying here helped make it bearable. The house was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Basically it was just like being at home. Katie was always available if we needed anything. A big THANK YOU for making us welcomed and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The perfect vacation home The house was extremely clean and cozy. The instructions for check in and check out were concise. The interior design was amazing! We'll definitely rebook this location when we come back to Gainesville.

Graduation Getaway Initially booked this cozy home to attend our daughter’s UF master degree commencement. The house was so cozy and nicely decorated which gave us a feel of a weekend getaway.
