Reviews indicate that this property is highly praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and charming, cozy atmosphere. Guests appreciated the convenience of parking, the well-stocked kitchen, and the comfortable living spaces. The neighborhood is noted for being quiet yet close to amenities and attractions. However, one review mentioned that the home was smaller than expected and had a musty smell, which affected their experience. Overall, the sentiment is predominantly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
Great stay, clean, good location
We had a great stay. The things that stand out as excellent include the location and the cleanliness- sheets, pillows and towels were new and nice. The kitchen was adequately stocked. It was very convenient to park our car right out front and walk steps into the front door versus having to go through a hotel lobby and up an elevator. The sofa was large and deep and comfortable and the TVs were easy to use. The kitchen was a little tight for three tall people but we took advantage of it and cooked most meals at home. I will rent when we have another event in Greensboro.

Beautiful, Quaint & Cozy
Enjoyed our stay while in town for Family Weekend at High Point University. Loved the neighborhood and the history. It was close to everything without being busy or noisy. Will definitely bring stay again for our next trip.

Great charming! And Cozy!
This house is super cute. Love the fact that it’s built in 1937. Love it. The house had everything we needed. We are a family of seven, 2 adults 5 kids and we fit great. House was clean and cool upon our arrival during the humidity and heat. Within walking distance to eateries and parts of downtown. Definitely recommend this quaint property.

Clean but pictures are deceptive
The home was smaller than depicted. It smelled musty. And it felt like animals had been in the house recently (allergies flared up). Creamer was bad and curddled. Just not the best experience it could have been.
