At A Glance!
Reviews indicate that this property is highly praised for its excellent location, allowing guests to walk to various downtown attractions, restaurants, and shops. The condo is described as clean, comfortable, and offering great views of the river, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. However, some guests experienced challenges with parking instructions and minor maintenance issues, such as insufficient hand towels and a dirty bathroom rug. Overall, the sentiment is predominantly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
Birthday Weekend
The property is just what is pictured. Walking distance to everything. Parking was easy. There's a rooftop bar that is next to the parking that you can just barely hear in the unit Unfortunately someone with a loud car stereo must have parked out on the street and didn't move for an hour or more. Besides that it was nice.

Great location
Really enjoyed not needing a car. We were able to walk to a variety of great restaurants, shop and even get a tattoo. Condo was comfy and quiet with a great view of the river. Although the owners do their best to explain the parking location, we arrived at 1am and our gps was not correlating with road names and such which made it challenging knowing we were parked in the right place. Definitely plan to come back here for our short getaways.

Bathroom/Balcony
More hand towels for bathroom we only had 1 borrowed 2 off my cousin to use and I washed bathroom rug because I got out of shower and put my foot on tub to dry and all kinds of dirt and hair was on the rug and you need chairs for balcony other than these 3 things it was great and we would stay again and recommend

Parking
Description for parking was not clear we didn’t realize there were different passes for for parking areas and we received 2 parking tickets for $40 each which we think is absurd and we feel the association should make this right but other than this problem your place is great!!
