Great place
The most nicely appointed, clean and well equipped VRBO I have ever stayed in. Extremely nice above garage apartment in a quiet neighborhood. A convenient 15-20 minute drive to downtown Knoxville and UT campus. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful property - great location
Perfect size for two. Very nice layout. Lots of steps but well-lighted. Easy drive to several locations in the area. Neighbors friendly and helpful.

Home away from Home
This was the perfect home away from home with an amazing cozy atmosphere. Everything we needed and more was provided. They went over and beyond! Very clean, very comfortable, and very safe. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. We will stay here again. 😊

Coziest, cleanest and most well stocked loft
Every aspect of this Vrbo experience was stellar. Excellent communications with excellent accommodations. Everything we could possibly need was provided and more. Beautiful, cozy and well maintained loft. If we venture in that direction we will absolutely book again. Highly recommend!!

High end accommodation in South Knoxville
The Farmhouse Loft is impeccably designed, decorated and equipped - like something seen on HGTV, once you get past the nondescript stairway up to your 2nd floor heaven. Matching pot and pans, and cutlery! High end bedding! A large porch across the back, with sliding doors of the master and living room, patio furniture and BBQ! Charging station! Doterra products throughout, including diffusers! A generous supply of Keurig coffees, along with herbs, spices, food wrap and left over containers. Board games. Simply a luxurious, comfortable and well stocked home away from home. Quick access to downtown via Chapman Hwy/#441, and the Baker Creek Preserve mountain bike trails, in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
