Apartment was nice and neighborhood was quite had no complaints but its said with pool its is there but dont plan on swimming there because it's not kept up reminds me of swamp water but id for sure stay there again because its really nice for the price

Pool
All went well except the swimming pool. That was one of the selling points that made us rent this property but unfortunately the pool was shut down. My kids were sad because of this. Unless I missed the warning upon booking, there should of been a statement stating that the pool is closed. We spent money on goggles and floaters just for some pool fun. Other than that, all went well.

Need to inform there are steep stairs especially people w copd the pool was locked entire stay when thats reason stayed there .we saved a whole year for disappointed grandkids.

Nice, but a little misleading
First of all, this property is in a bit of a sketchy location. We could smell weed in the area and my daughter was asked about providing smokes. The bathroom leaked onto the kitchen sink and the washer is a community coin operated washer. The VRBO ad stating a washer was a little misleading. But, my family had a wonderful time anyway. We went to the beach and enjoyed the dog park close to our unit. I feel like this could be a much better vacation location with a few tweaks.
