Its incredibly modern and entirely updated renovations provide all you’ll need to relax and create your home away from home. A large luxurious shower is available for you to freshen up with eco friendly hotel sized toiletries for you to enjoy so you don’t have to bring yours. When you're done for the day chill out under the BIG ASS FAN (actual brand name) in the bedroom on a high quality mattress and enjoy your favorite shows and/or sports on the Roku TV. When you wake up in the morning let that first sip of coffee we have provided warm your soul and if you so choose make some breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen.

Street parking along 1st Ave North or the historic cobblestone Morris Avenue (free after 5pm Mon-Fri and weekends). Paid parking lot on Morris Avenue and 23rd St North ($4.00 per day)
From there you can experience some of the best restaurants, stores and nightlife Birmingham has to offer without ever cranking your car again.

The loft area was absolutely delightful. Our host, Charles, was very communicative, helpful and supportive as we navigated our way into Birmingham. The apartment is clean, tasteful, and extremely comfortable l. Definitely recommend a stay here, we will return soon!

Great Condo! Just say yes to it!!
Coming from one state over in Jackson, MS. Kid free weekend with the husband. Chose this condo and it was perfect! Had plenty of parking on the streets. Was never an issue. Great walkable shops. Coffee. Breakfast. Ice cream. We never heard anyone else. Nobody was rowdy or excessively noisy. It was simply a great spot for us. Close to everything we did. I felt it was the perfect location. I felt safe. Was exactly like the listing. Beautiful on the inside. Plenty of space for me and my husband. Clean. Bed and sheets were so, so great. Loved it and would definitely stay here again if ever in town. Charles was easy to talk with and very helpful. Don't think. Just reserve it! You can't go wrong.
